Experience a seamless blend of rural and luxury living in this spacious four bedroom and two-and-a half bathroom house. The design of the house supports the coming together of family and friends whilst also providing separate sitting areas for those that need some peace and quiet. The alfresco area, which leads onto a large lawn, looks over fields dotted with cows.
Situated 3.2km from Cowaramup town, the location provides the opportunity to head to a number of beaches for a surf or a swim.

We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous home. Every element from the floor plan to the abundance of clean and useful kitchenware was so well thought out and our kids loved being able to roam the yard and view the neighbouring animals.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house has a luxurious finish and a cosy living room with a fireplace - perfect for relaxing. The view of the fields with cows, a peacock, and cute geese added a lovely countryside charm. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location is very convenient. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a family getaway

The property is beautifully presented and spacious with everything needed for a family weekend away. We enjoyed sitting outside and having breakfast with the cows and various birds.

The perfect mix of comfort and style

Stunning property with immaculate attention to detail. Every aspect of the stay was carefully thought out, from the collection of board games, to the coffee and tea station. A beautiful space to spend cosy evenings in after a day spent exploring the wineries. The home was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave!

Feeling at home with the finer touch!

The property was everything I had expected and more. My family and I appreciated the thoughtfulness in the overall design of the interior and how it all beautifully complimented the architecture of the building. It was a very comfortable escape with all the modern furnishings and appliances we needed to cook, relax and take in the serene country side. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a specious and luxurious home that is in a central location to some great wineries, breweries and family-friendly attractions that the Margaret River region has to offer.

Exceeded our expectations

This property was everything and more! The attention and thought behind every detail has been carried out to perfection. The home is overall just beautiful, relaxing, cozy, well located and has everything you would need and more. The neighboring farm animals bought a whole other level of entertainment which was an added bonus. I would definitely stay at the old Cheese Factory again and can highly recommend for anyone else looking for the best property in the area.
