This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located on the 3rd floor and is directly across from the Club Bahia Clubhouse, where you can enjoy the scintillating saltwater pool and spa, as well as a private workout room, library and entertaining area with kitchen. Relax on the front patio with a gorgeous view of the clubhouse, pools and lake.
When you decide you don’t want to spend the energy shopping, you can relax on the patio and view beautiful sunsets or dramatic storms. Dolphins are an almost daily occurrence. Occasionally you may see a baby shark or manatee. In cooler weather, you can open the sliding glass door and be lulled to sleep by waves hitting the seawall. Standing in the kitchen you feel like you are on a yacht with full water view before you. During holidays or celebrations, you’ll have a close up view of boat parades or fireworks.
The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful cabinets, stainless steel state-of-the-art appliances and granite countertops. The living room has plenty of seating, and a large dining table that will easily seat 6 people. The main bedroom features a King size bed, a large walk in closet and spacious bathroom with two sinks. The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds. This amazing unit comes with free WiFi and an assigned parking spot. And finally, of course, world famous beaches are only minutes away!
