This impressive contemporary villa is nestled into the hillside in Terres Basses with stunning sunset ocean views towards Baie Longue and the island of Saba
The Space:
The villa is located in the private and gated community of the Terres Basses, St Martin. The emphasis in this villa is the outdoor living space, and this includes an infinity edge pool and several pavilions for plenty of opportunities to remain outdoors all day or night. The wooden sundeck is equipped with a large number of lounge chairs and seating, and the Gazebo also feature comfortable furnishings as well. An outdoor bar ensures that you have plenty of reasons to enjoy the private grounds and gardens that surround you.
The villa also has a covered terrace that fronts the property and which opens directly into the great room and shared living spaces. The formal dining room opens directly into the living room and entertainment area, the full gourmet kitchen is adjacent to this space and is open to the terrace.
There is also a gym and shared half bath on the premises too. The layout of this charming villa provides maximum privacy for each of the three bedrooms, and beautiful views from all parts of the house.
