Situated on a 4.4 acre beachfront plot and built on 3 levels.
The view is absolutely stunning from all angles of the villa, not to mention absolutely magnificent sunsets either from the beach or from the villa itself. Joie De Vivre has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an outside living area, giving panoramic views over Baie Rouge and a large swimming pool and gazebo. Tastefully furnished, the villa has a fully equipped, open-plan mahogany kitchen. The villa is also equipped with satellite TV and a stereo sound system throughout. There is a large pool. Perfect size for family and friends to relax by, take a refreshing dip in, or lounge by during some evening drinks!
