Ligger tvärs över gatan från Spring Brook klubbhus, har denna grå timmars, fem sovrum hem två våningar plus en färdig källare komplett med spelrum. Hemmets yttre har ett lagdäck, avskärmad rum med tre säsonger, kolgrill och en eldstad i trädgården. Perfekt för multifamiliesamlingar eller gruppsamlingar och sover högst 14 personer.

På bottenvåningen finns ett privat sovrum med king size-säng, TV och eget badrum. Det fullt möblerade köket är välfylldt, har apparater i rostfritt stål och öppnar upp till matsalen och vardagsrummen. Gästerna kommer att sopas bort av skorstenens eldstad och takens katedral som de gemensamma områdena har att erbjuda. Avkoppling - på drottningens bäddsoffa framför den stora platt-TV: n väntar!

Gå uppåt för ytterligare tre sovrum. Två sovrum är utrustade med en king size-säng varje medan det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng! Ett komplett badrum kommer att rymma de boende i övervåningen utan att vandra ner till huvudnivån.

Den lägre nivån har en färdig källare med ett mysigt familjerum utrustat med en stor TV, biljardbord, våt bar, bäddsoffa och kärleksstol med mera! För hela dagen är det också ett dartbräde och olika brädspel. Sist men inte minst erbjuder det femte sovrummet (queen size-säng och TV) extra sovrum med ytterligare ett badrum som också är öppet för det gemensamma området på lägre nivå. Ett källare tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare lägga till bekvämligheter som gästerna i detta hem.

Wonderful stay

The home was clean had a great layout. Everyone had plenty of space. Utilize the indoor pool on the grounds and was warm enough outside to play at the park with the kids. This was a wonderful place to stay close to restaurants and stores and area water parks! Definitely will stay here again

Great place to stay!

Beautiful cabin with lots of room! Very clean and spacious! The staff was so friendly and helpful taking great care of us and answering any questions we had....Definitely will stay there again when in the area!

Elk Lodge Girls Weekend

The house easily accommodated 8 women and 6 children. We couldn’t have asked for a better location- walking distance to the restaurant and pool facilities. The booking process was simple and check in procedures were well communicated. Highly recommend!

Elk Lodge stay over New Years 2023.

We really enjoyed our stay but there are a few items to mention that we hope will help you in maintaining the property: When we first arrived we were delighted about how clean the property was and the layout of the home, but the longer we were there we found the following things that could use some tender loving care as follows: There were two coffee pots which was good because the Mr. Coffee leaked water. Dishwasher did not dry the dishes and does not drain the water completely out.. It also pulls right out of the cupboard. Oven door handle is broke and the kitchen faucet leaks. The jets in the main floor shower do not turn off making it hard for the younger ones to shower. If you did get them off the whole shower head turned off too. We noticed a big puddle in the laundry room downstairs after showers were taken from that same shower. The outside screen door in the porch does not have a hook so you can't close it. At night when the wind catches it it bangs. Sheets on the queen size beds were too small and we could not keep them on the beds. One of the girls found a long black hair at the bottom of the bed when she was trying to fix it and there were cobwebs in the basement bedroom and bathroom. The pull out couch in the basement is worn out. We had a maintanece guy come to fix the TV remotes. He was very prompt and courteous and got the main floor living room and basement family room TV's working. The pool area was very nice and our kids had fun going there. Also the bar and grill was very nice and fun according to the guys who were there for awhile. All and all we would stay again.

Great location, plenty of room and privacy for family.

Needs some minor repairs. Coffee maker leaked. Mold In all the bathrooms. Garbage disposal was clogged and started smoking. Dishwasher full of water at bottom, smelled of mold, dishes had to be hand washed. Dishwasher door broke and bruised my daughters foot. Main toilet ran. One of the shower handles where broke. So hopefully some of these issues will get fixed , especially with how much money we paid for 4 nights. Location was quiet

The location of the property was perfect. Right across the street from the bar & grill and pool. There is a lack of silverware and the shower upstairs didn’t work.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we can back again this year on a Monday thru Thursday and loved it. Very much recommend staying here. Place was clean and if we needed anything they were quick to respond. Very much recommend staying here.

Girls Trip

Wonderful time at this property! Had a group of 11 girls and was so easy to use the amenities, nice to have options of outdoor activities or use of the game room. Clean and extremely easy to communicate with property manager!

Nice House

We stayed for 5 nights with 9 adults and 3 kids. The house was very nice with plenty of room for everyone. It is right across the street from the pool and playground. It is in a great location and is really close to everything in the dells. Would stay here again. The only thing that could use a little updating is the charcoal grill. It is pretty old and took forever to cook our food. Overall, a nice house.

Power trip security guard

The house was great and for the most part everyone was super nice. Only black eye of the weekend was when this old security guard abused his power and threatened to call the cops. Situation was around 1am Saturday night a total of 5 of us were sitting on the deck. 3 people that lived there and 2 from the cabin next door. No music, no bonfire, just 5 of us talking and exchanging stories. Couldn't of been out there more then 20 minute before the rental cop drove by and saw us out there and stopped. Got out and told us to break it up and that multiple neighbors have called the cops on us. I told him excuse me sir what are we doing wrong and i doubt the 1 neighbor we have called the cops since 2 of them are sitting right here. He totally goes on a power trip and says fine calling the cops and walks in his van. I understand that I'm sure he had his hand full with a college frat that had multiple houses. I'm sure he thought we were them but we were a bunch of mid 30 yr olds and it's his job to realize that. So i sure hope he doesn't treat all quest like that normally.
