Detta höga hem med sex sovrum Àr bekvÀmt belÀget bara en kort promenad frÄn Spring Brook's Clubhouse. Ultimate Rustic Retreat har tvÄ nivÄer plus en fÀrdig kÀllare med biljardbord, vÄt bar och storbilds-TV. Det anlagda utsidan, eldstaden och kolgrillen Àr bra för att underhÄlla utomhus vid alla tillfÀllen. Perfekt för stora familjer eller som en del av ett kluster av hem för att rymma den största gruppsamlingen, och sover högst 17 personer.

PÄ bottenvÄningen finns ett rymligt sovrum (king size-sÀng och TV) med ett angrÀnsande badrum utrustat med bubbelbadkar och stor duschkabin. Loungen sommaren borta i det stora rummet som Àr tillrÀckligt inredda med bekvÀma sittplatser, en eldstad, bÀddsoffa och stor platt-TV. Det vÀlutrustade köket har en stor ö, alla apparater inklusive diskmaskin och ett andra badrum. Ett matbord för fjorton och ytterligare bÀnkplatser för sex kommer att sÀkerstÀlla att din grupp har den ultimata matupplevelsen. VÀlvda knotiga talltak och en mysig eldstad slutför atmosfÀren för att göra detta till ditt hem hemifrÄn.

GÄ upp till loftet dÀr tre enkelsÀngar och ytterligare tvÄ sovrum (bÄda med kungssÀngar och TV-apparater) ger utrymme och avskildhet för ytterligare gÀster. Det finns ett andra badrum för att ta emot andra vÄningen utan att behöva ta trappan.

Förutom att vara underhÄllningens huvudkontor, har den vackert fÀrdiga kÀllaren tre extra sovrum (tvÄ med drottning sÀngar och den andra med en king size-sÀng, alla med TV), ett fjÀrde badrum och tvÀttstuga (tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare). Well stocked. Nice, cozy layout. Before it snowed, maintenance was already delivering salt for the driveway/sidewalk if needed before they returned.

Facility was excellent for a family reunion - especially the large long table that enabled us to all have meals together. Kitchen area worked well too. Ample bedrooms and bedroom space. Pool area was a short walk away. It was nice with seversl pools and hot tubs

Our stay cut short

There was water coming in the basement level. The property manager was very professional and dealt with everything in what we felt was a fair way. We were credited with the one night’s stay and were able to find another place to stay since it was supposed to be rainy for most of our planned stay.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay! We had one family upstairs, one family downstairs and my husband and I were on the main floor. The kitchen was well equipped and we grilled each night. The table with 14 chairs fit our family exactly and it was so nice to all be together at meal times. The living room was comfortable for our family devotions and time of sharing. We had a campfire around the fire pit at night. There was a lot to see and do around the area!!

The house was in a good location and was large enough for big family gathering of 14 to fit comfortably. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and appreciated having a big dining table and several tables on the deck.

Great place to stay with large family

Enjoyed our family time in this spacious cabin. This is our second time staying here. The pool, bar and restaurant at the clubhouse is really nice also. Will be making this a yearly getaway

College reunion

Eight of us women from all over the country gathered to enjoy time with each other as well as some hiking + dining. The house allowed 6 of us to have private rooms and 2 shared the “triple” that was equipped with 3 beds. Our gas fireplace did not light on our first night and the cordial Tech was over in 10 minutes to fix the pilot light! Loved the long dining table. Everything was very clean. Beds were in good shape. Kitchen was equipped and directions provided on what to bring. Close to areas we wanted to visit. Let us in to access the property a little early on our travel day; very helpful.

Family Vacation

Well maintained and equipped for our party of 13. Lower level was a great place to hang out at night after our campfire. Within walking distance to the pool and restaurant. Just far enough outside of the Dell’s to maintain privacy and still have access to the water parks Would love to come back again.

Annual family gathering

The rustic retreat was lovely -just like pictures. We were not crowed and the game room was a great bonus! Beds were all very comfortable n decor was lovely. Our family ranged from 76 to 3 years and this place was perfect.

Great Stay - We will be back

We had a party of 12 stay for 4 nights and the house was perfect. We never felt crowded or “on top of each other.” Reservation and online registration was easy. Communication with the management company was also pleasant. We will be back.

Great location, lots of space!

This house offers lots of space & is in a great location! We were minutes away from the places we wanted to go. The big dining room tables offered enough space for the 10 of us to play games together. Each couple had their own room so we were able to have personal space when needed & for sleeping. The house could use a little updating, the couch in the basement is in terrible shape, 2 of the toilets rocked when sat on, the walls need to be wiped down, when we got there the one wall looked like it had soda splattered on it, one couple found a hair on their pillow (not theirs), the ceiling fan in the livingroom had like 2 inches of dust on it & someone spilled water on the kitchen floor and when they wiped it up the paper towel was black so the floors weren't clean. Beware of the pool table as the basement floor is not flat so the table wasn't steady which deterred us from shooting pool at all. Overall we did have a great stay though & enjoyed our time together.

Large, spacious home

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Beds were very comfortable, linens appeared new and fresh, and kitchen well equipped. One suggestion I would make would be to add a second couch or some comfy chairs to the family room area. For a home that sleeps so many there isn't much seating around the fireplace. While there is ample seating at the dining table we all wanted to relax by the fire after dinner but there was limited seating to accommodate our group of 8 adults. We made do by pulling dining chairs around the fireplace. Otherwise comfy and spacious.

Nice home for a large family

14 family members ranging from 6 months to 75 years stayed at this home for a weekend holiday get together. Overall, the property is spacious and beautiful. The bedrooms were all good sized and we enjoyed the open concept kitchen/living/dining rooms. My 5 year old had fun utilizing the pool in the clubhouse. A few things to note. Although the house wasn’t dirty per say, it also wasn’t as clean as I would expect. My daughter prefers to be barefoot and her feet were black within an hour of running around the house. A little more attention to detail would go a long way. For example, there is a large entertaining room in the basement including a kitchenette but no garbage cans. A few of the door knobs were coming undone, and there were random command strips on one of the walls. The kitchen was very nice, but the few small pans made it difficult to cook for a large family. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back.

Beautiful spacious property. Conveniently located attractions but still nestled away from busy area

The only negative was the bedding was worn and didn't stay on the beds, and the kitchen pans etc need to be replaced. Otherwise, a great place to stay!
