Great place to stay! Very responsive host with good communication. Beds were very comfortable and the lake view was great. Very quiet and peaceful area. Hope to come back soon and would stay here again in the future.

This property was perfect for our little family get away. There was enough space for us to spread out, and a beautiful view on the balcony. It was a quiet community and it had easy access to the lake for my teenage sons to fish while we watch from a distance when we got too hot. The host was easily accessible and attentive to all my random questions. I would stay here again if in the area

Exactly What We Were Looking For !

Super clean!! Loved the deck, the ceiling fans on the deck is a nice addition in 85 degree summer nights! In a very nice neighborhood. Owners were great communicators and answered any questions we had! We will be back!

Townhome comfort!

We loved our stay here, it was nice and cost! The view is amazing and the wildlife was plenty! Like home away from home. And the hostess was so very helpful and communicative. If you love water, country setting and wildlife it’s a must stay!!!! Thanks again!

Peaceful, tranquil, and beautiful! The stairs were a bit of a struggle (we were with my in-laws who are elderly), but not unmanageable. Close enough to Hot Springs to go when you want, but far enough to leave the noise behind (my favorite kind of place). The host? Superb! Very responsive and very committed to her guests enjoying their stay. Would definitely book again!

The stairs were a challenge, my wife and I struggled with them. My daughter also broke her leg zip lining so it was a bit of a challenge. We loved the place and the deck overlooking the lake. The host was very friendly and helpful

Great Stay

We stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition. So we weren’t here much. But it was clean and cozy. The outside balcony was relaxing and peaceful. Host was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break Trip

We loved the townhome! It was close enough to town to not be an inconvenience but far enough out where it was so quiet and peaceful! Our kiddos loved the balcony and all the amenities! Our host was incredibly responsive and so nice to chat with! We would definitely consider renting this townhouse again on our next trip to Hot Springs!

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed having my morning coffee on the porch overlooking the water. Comfortable beds. Kids were glad to have access to wifi. Close to hiking trails at lake catherine state park and short drive to downtown Hot Springs.

A beautiful tranquil lake home

This lake house was a beautiful and peaceful home for my family of four. The listing pictures are exactly how it looks. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every single day. Watching the stunning sun rises, going for a swim in the pool, observing the local wildlife, going into Hot Springs during the day - it was awesome. Several of my family members rented houses in the Diamondhead community and when seeing this home, they were impressed. The host was responsive, as we had been communicating well before my arrival. There was a minor hiccup in the beginning, but it was quickly fixed. This is one of the most beautiful homes I've rented and it's well cared for. My children, husband, and I loved it. You won't regret it.

Great Views!

The property had a gorgeous view of Lake Catherine. The community is about 20-25 mins from Hot Springs but that was fine with us. The property is connected to 2 other units but it was still quiet. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would book again.

Very Accurate Description of a Townhouse

We booked this townhouse for a girl’s weekend to rest and reminisce and it was everything we needed. The house was very clean and stocked for us to cook meals. The owner communicated with us to make sure our stay was going well. I will recommend this house to everyone coming to Arkansas.

A Non-Tranquil Stay

Both nights we stayed were interrupted from an adjoining neighbor’s load music. We called the host who contacted her and requested the music be turned down . That lasted for a few min then the music started again up until 2:00 am. The second night my husband knocked on her deck door and asked that she turn it down. It continued to the point that we called the police. It was a terrible stay to say the least. We requested our money back.

Lovely place to stay

I was in the area to visit family. I grew up in Malvern, so I wasn’t there to do the touristy stuff. This was a perfect place to stay and branch out to see all my family in the surrounding area. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and such to cook dinners and the deck was a great place to have that morning coffee. Get up early and see the beautiful sunrise over the lake, as well as a beautiful sunset in the evening . The state park was wonderful for a hike but we didn’t utilize the lake for boating or swimming this time. I recommend the house if you need a place in the area but be cautious when driving back at night. We saw several deer on the sides of the road. We have stayed in the community in years past and brought our boat. My husband loved the lake for fishing. Edis is a great hostess who is quick to respond. You won’t be disappointed!
