Perfect spot

Condo is even better than the photos!! It has a very beachy vibe with nice furnishings. I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness, as I do own my own cleaning company. Beds were fresh and comfortable. One suggestion would be to upgrade the tvs. They are very outdated. Leslie was a fantastic host and quick to help when we needed it. She went out of her way to bring my kids some fishing poles and bait. They loved it!! We will be back to visit this condo and host again very soon!

Great location

We had a wonderful experience at the Dolphin Harbor unit 3i. The condo was very clean and supplied everything we needed. I liked having more than the usual basics supplied such as cooking oil and spices. Really appreciated plenty of tp, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc for our entire stay. The view of the Bay is beautiful with boats coming and going. Private beach across the street was easy to walk to. Our host, Leslie, was very helpful. We had some a/c issues, and she stayed on top of that to make sure we were comfortable.

Clean condo on the Bay

Clean and newer remodeled condo facing the Bayside right across the street form the Gulf. Nice views to watch the dolphins. It was real clean and had what we needed. Kitchen is well stocked to cook. There was a cooler and other beach gear on sight for use. Leslie was a pleasure to talk with about the area.

Piece of Paradise

I can rave all day long about the awesomeness of this rental condo!! It was spacious and super clean throughout. Comfortable fresh bedding and plenty of towels for our stay. We didn't have to buy anything except food! Items such as dish soap, spices, coffee, soaps, even spa face masks, trash bags, bottled waters, and much more were all provided in very ample amounts. The view from the balcony windows were spectacular. We saw alot of wildlife and cool boats in the canal. Private beach access is a very short walk across the street. Our host, Leslie, was great! She helped me plan the vacation 2 weeks prior to our arrival with excellent local recommendations! She was always quick to answer any questions. Checkin was a breeze and hassle free. Parking was also easy with plenty of spaces right next to the building. This is an excellent vacation spot with the best host we have ever encountered! Save us a spot for next March Spring Break because we are coming back to visit!!

Best balcony views

We were granted an early checkin at no additional charge which we really appreciated. Easy access and great location. The condo was updated and very modern. It was spotless clean and the we found all beds to be clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beach items and cooler that was provided. Our favorite part was the balcony!! Dolphins outside every morning and afternoon and that was simply beautiful to see. Greatly appreciated the generous hospitality items left for our use. Our hostess, Leslie, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We loved the private beach access directly across the street. Checkout was a breeze, too. We picked the perfect spot for our weekend getaway to watch the Blue Angels Show.

Beautiful condo in OB

We had a blast on vacation at this condo and in Orange Beach!! The place was very clean and smelled great! It is located close to Perdido Key, Florida and Gulf Shores ... kind of in the middle of everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee(provided by the host) every morning on the balcony. The weather was amazing for out entire stay. Leslie was great and easy to talk with and ask questions. We never wanted to leave!

Great place to stay!!

The condo was clean and beautiful for our stay. We loved the beach vibe decor and watching dolphins off of the balcony every morning. We appreciated the coffee bar and welcome snack basket, too. Very nice touches throughout the condo that made our stay great! Leslie was the absolute best Host ever! She recommended some restaurants and they were delicious eateries! The condo is even better than the online photos!

Dolphin Harbor.. perfect vacation!

Everything was easy and went smoothly. Check in was a breeze. Condo was very clean and tidy. Extra towels and all nice hospitality items were provided for our stay. Kids loved fishing from the dock while my wife read a book at the pool which was by the water. One of the most enjoyable vacations we have ever had. The hostess, Leslie, was always available and even brought my son a fishing pole. We would rent here again anytime coming to OB.

Clean and spacious rental

Pristine clean and welcoming condo in Orange Beach. Awesome views of the water and boats coming and going. Plenty of toilet paper and supplies. Kitchen is well stocked with all necessities and alot more. Beds were comfortable and clean. Attention to details throughout. Host, Leslie, was quick with communication and a pleasure to speak with.

Fun work trip

Immaculately clean and fully stocked with everything my group of 8 needed. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Leslie was just the best! We stopped a toilet up and she came within 15 minutes and fixed it at no charge. Loved that coffee was there for the first morning when we hadn't made it to the store yet. The condo is in a great area. The view is breathtaking, too. 10 out of 10 for condo and host! Book this one trust all 8 of us!

Perfect view

This condo was simply amazing for our visit to Orange Beach! It was perfectly clean and comfortable!! I was impressed with the detail to cleanliness. The master bedroom/bathroom was such a treat! The view was the icing on the cake. We saw dolphins every morning. Easy checkin and quick communication from the hostess, Leslie -- she is the sprinkles on the cake for sure! She gave us all the great local spots to eat and sent us to the best parasailing company. This condo is on our go to list for the next visit to the coast!

Best Balcony Award

We saw Dolphins from the balcony every morning! Immaculately clean condo(my wife's words) and looks newly renovated. The beds were comfy and the sheets were fresh! The master bathroom is straight out of a designer magazine! We loved that coffee, tea, snacks, brochures, and ample hospitality items were all provided. Leslie was an amazing host! She was very responsive and knowledgeable of the area. Her dining and recreation activity recommendations were top notch for us! Easy access to the private beach just across the street. We especially enjoyed the front room views of the Bayside waterway. We will be back soon!

Loved the water view

Check in was easy and there was plenty of available parking. The condo was sparkling clean and comfortable. The water view from balcony was great! We watched the dolphins, boats, fish, and birds while having lunch. Close to the beach and anything else we wanted to do. We got a great condo for a great value! Leslie was very helpful and always available when I reached out for questions.

Beautiful condo

Enjoyed everyting about this rental. The host, Leslie, was available and on point with her recommendations for restaurants. The condo was spacious, clean, and like new!! Loved fishing from the dock and the beach is right across the road. Comfortable beds and coffee and snacks were provided. Ibreally liked not having to buy essentials such as toilet paper... it was all provided and great quality!

Perfect Week

Easy communication with owner and Peachy. Great location. Unit looks better in person than in photos. Very roomy for six adults. Did have to buy a can opener, regular coffee pot needs to be replaced and floors in need of a deep clean. Did not report any of those things but just a suggestion to make the stay even better.

Just as advertised!

It was easy to work with the property manager. Peachy was responsive to every message and more than helpful. And the property was just as advertised. Nice, clean and just what you need. The dock and cleaning station are brand new and perfect for use with your boat and fishing. We loved the location as it is near everything. We will definitely be back.

Property manager extremely rude.

Great location but property manager will eventually have your parking lots empty. Stayed here 4 days and haven’t seen half the parking lot full. It’s been empty the whole time. We went to the launch and loaded our boat and came back to the property to eat lunch for a friends birthday before we departed. We have been here a total of 2 hours. I could understand if the parking lot was full. ITS EMPTY. Property manager is extreme rude. I told her I was sorry and was leaving and she was consistently rude. Numerous people staying here said they loved the place but property manager was a rude individual and they wouldn’t be back. I agree with them. I stay in the orange beach area numerous times a month and this is the last place I would choose to be honest. Thanks for the experience. Host was extremely helpful and beautiful place.

Lovely vacation

We had the best time at Dolphin Harbor. It is one of our most favorite places and the location is just perfect for our family. We love being on the harbor and having access to the water, boat slips and private beach!

Fantastic condo

Super clean, very easy to communicate with the property manager! They sent someone back to redo the floors, and we hadn’t even complained or really noticed that they weren’t perfect. Nice area, pool is great!
