The Arabella Veranda Condo boasts a roomy and inviting 1,661 square feet of living space. The master suite features his-and-hers walk-in closets and an indulgent master bath. The second bedroom boasts a gigantic walk-in closet and entry to a convenient laundry room. The large kitchen has a cozy dinette area, perfect for morning coffee. The spacious living/dining room is ideal for entertaining! The lanai serves as perfect lounging quarters for lazy, breezy afternoons.

This condo has full social membership benefits (use of tennis, resort-style swimming pool w/hot tub and kiddie pool, spa, fitness center, pickleball). It allows the renter to play golf on the TPC course at seasonal guest pricing. The Treviso Bay complex offers more than 1,400 acres of property with miles of hiking, jogging, walking, and biking trails, and includes assigned covered parking. The neighborhood pool and barbecue grill alcove is close by and is fully equipped with a Green Egg and an additional gas grill.

You can use the bikes inside the community if you like. Otherwise, a car is necessary. The next Publix supermarket is about one mile from US41.
