Outstanding view, location, and apartment

We stayed here for a week and are frequent visitors to Mauna Lani area. This is the by far the best apartment we have rented over the years. Outstanding ocean view, convenient location, and truly the most well-appointed apartment you could ask for. Highly recommended.

You will spend hours on the lanai!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It is well equipped with every amenity one would need during your stay. The expansive sliding glass doors open to a large lanai. We ate all of our meals at the lanai dining table and relaxed for hours in the lanai loungers. The views of the ocean and golf course are beautiful with a continuous breeze. The bedrooms are separated with en suite bathrooms making it perfect for 2 couples. The gated community provided both security and privacy. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for high quality accommodations.

Perfect!

Over the years we have stayed in various units at Mauna Lani and this one is the nicest. The furnishings, bedding and interior finishes are all high quality. Photos of the unit are accurate. Having use of beach chairs and snorkel equipment was a nice plus. View from the unit is beautiful. Property manager was very responsive and very nice to work with. Highly recommend this unit.

The property was immaculate and the views are phenomenal. From the lanai you have a great view of the sunset, or you can walk down behind the 15th golf green of Mauna Lani's South Course and get some wonderful photos each evening. There is plenty of snorkeling equipment in the condo and a hidden gem for snorkeling is located behind Mauna Lani's 15th tee box, just a few hundred feet away from the condo. There is an abundance of marine life in the shallows and we saw yellow tangs, parrotfish, triggerfish, butterflyfish, and moorish idols, all within 20 feet of the shore. Further out in the cove it drops off to about 25 feet in depth and we were able to swim at a safe distance with several green sea turtles on a calm morning.This is a black sand / rocky type of beach entry so you will want to wear reef shoes or snorkeling booties for foot protection. The Mauna Lani Beach Club has a beautiful sandy beach and is a short walk for swimming and snorkeling.From the condo it is a 2-hour drive across Saddle Road to Volcanoes National Park, 20 minutes up to the town of Waimea for some great food (try the Fish and the Hog or Underground Pizza), 35 minutes to Kona International Airport, and 5-10 minutes for shopping and dining in either Mauna Lani, Queens Marketplace or the Kings Shops in Waikoloa.Jason was great and made the check-in process extremely easy.We would definitely come back again and we already miss the island breeze, turquoise waters and palm trees of the Big Island.

Best view you can imagine.

Great Location, tastefully decorated

We enjoyed the quite (except once, when they did the lawn in front of the house at 7.30am) location. It is close to shops and a beautiful small beach. The view over part of the golf court towards the sea is just amazing. Very frendly and competent host! Always again

Paradise!! Everything you could want and more!

We spent a week here and absolutely loved it. My husband and I and another couple - we loved having two "master suites". The Lani was a dream, new furniture and an amazing view. Could walk to the pool or the beach club easily. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than I have in my house at home and the main closet had coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. Hope to return soon!

Great Getaway

Very easy to completely relax in this condo. Nicely decorated and furnished for even beach activities. Complex pool/jacuzzi/bbq are very nice and within easy walking distance. Beach access is terrific with either a car beach pass or as a walking path across the lava then the golf course and around a bend. (There was no need to even communicate with property manager so 1* just because entry had to be filled in to complete survey.)

Great location and tranquil setting with ocean views

The property was immaculate and very nicely set up for two couples. We mostly enjoyed sitting outside on the lanai until it got too windy! If you are a snorkeler there is great access to a spot just across the golf course as well as from the Mauna Lani beach club. Jason was a pleasure to work with, very cooperative and responsive. The unit has beach chairs, extra towels, beach toys and a fully stocked kitchen.

Everyrhing was perfect! Beautifully furnished and decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful ocean and sunset views. Fully stocked beach closet came with beach chairs and umbrellas. Large spaces. Very responsive managers. Access to a private beach cove - great for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking. Nice walking paths. Right on the golf course. One of the best places we've ever stayed.

Paradise

This is as good as it gets. The agent, Jason, makes everything extremely easy--attentive and responsive then leaves you alone; the location is picture perfect pretty and quiet; peace and beauty reign. And the view. We were here 5 days and must have said 300 times--'wow, can you believe this view' or some version of that. You won't get tired of seeing or saying 'can you believe this?'. The condo is well laid out, and well appointed. Great kitchen with supplies. You need a car [or golf cart] to get around.

Fabulous property, outstanding view, wonderful and helpful property management. I would give this 5 stars. Couple notables - 1. This unit is not ADA friendly. Must be able to climb stairs. 2. The woven grass rugs in the bedrooms will hurt your bare feet. 3. Yes, the refrigerator will be difficult to open if you just closed it.

Perfect, and with a kind Agent

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit as a pre-wedding place to gather and post-wedding honeymoon spot. It worked great for both...large enough to host a few people, and classy and private enough for a fine honeymoon. The view is as shown...just gorgeous for morning whale watching. The walking/hiking path is steps from the door, and Napua Beach Club is an easy walk. Jason, the owner's agent, was very kind and helpful throughout. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again, or to work with Jason on a rental or purchase.

Beautiful Resort, Excellent Service from Property Manager

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely unit in a gorgeous resort. Views and unit as pictured. Very, very clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and beach/linen closets. Lighting in guest bathroom is quite dim and challenging, this could be improved upon. There's also no AC in bathrooms, so it can get stuffy drying hair/doing makeup. We did have challenges with the 'smart' a/c thermostat but the response from Jason was outstanding. Jason greeted us to walk us through the unit and was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would rent a property from him anytime!!! As a suggestion, battery operated candles for the lanai would be wonderful. We hated to turn on any lights and detract from the stars, but some ambiance lighting would be lovely. The lanai was our favorite spot for breakfast and nightcaps.

The view was awesome. The community was very well kept and safe. The beach and it’s restaurant were awesome. My husband and I had a great time. The condo was too big for the two of us. We only used one bedroom and bath. However it was comfortable to have the living area and the lanai. We enjoyed breakfast in the lanai every morning and had no problem dinning out in a different restaurant every night. There were plenty to choose from. Jason Mills was the person we worked with and he made everything very smooth from information on the condo and answering my concerns and questions to making sure we check in smoothly and have everything we need. I am Planning to go back for a family trip. It felt just like home. It was wonderful. So thank you to everyone involved from the owners, the real estate company, Jason, the cleaning crew, was a fabulous experience.

Fabulous Big Island

This condominium has it all, fabulous views, sunsets to remember for a lifetime, and is beautifully designed and laid out. This is our second visit and we shall return again in the future.
