The entrance features some of the original limestone walls leading into the spacious open plan living, dinning and kitchen which is elevated over a perfect outside entertaining area. This area is kept comfortable with a reverse cycle split system.
There are three bedrooms, and one bathroom located on the first level. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and is ensuite to the main bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, while the third has two bunk beds which are suitable for children.
Upstairs you'll find a wonderful second living area or adult retreat, with it's own bathroom and study all kept comfortable with another reverse cycle split system. Here we can set up a very comfortable double bed instead of or in addition to the bunk beds.
Wifi is available and there is plenty of free street parking directly out the front of the house, generally 2 spaces.
This house is a must stay when visiting Fremantle, you may never want to leave!
Please be aware that a $300 security bond is required for this property. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure providing that the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition.
