Wake to spectacular sunrises over the ocean! This fabulous 3-bedroom condo offers jaw-dropping 18th floor views from inside the beautiful living area and out on the private oceanfront balcony. The spacious open floor plan offers all the comforts of home and easily accommodates 8 to relax in front of the TV or gather for meals prepared in the fully stocked kitchen. Continue to enjoy the ocean view from the gorgeous master suite which is privately located in a separate hallway from the other 2 bedrooms and boasts a lovely walk-in shower bathroom. The additional bedrooms have great views of the ocean and the Assawoman Bay from their north facing windows and share the second full tub & shower bathroom. Pack light and take advantage of the convenient washer & dryer.
The building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room seasonal gift shop (open only in summer) saunas in both restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch!

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries!

* Your reservation includes a $75 building resort fee required by the Quay building. This building resort fee includes one parking space for the duration of your stay. Additional spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis at $12/ day or $75 for the week.

Coastal resorts leading were great! Unit and building could use a good cleaning and some updates. The second floor needs ventilation for the grill, the smells were nauseating. The process of needing to see security for everything was cumbersome. The check in volume on Saturday was unreal and no organization. There was no lobby or welcoming area. The balcony was small. The kitchen was great and had good supplies.

Quay Getaway

We had a very enjoyable stay. However, the ceiling light in the living area is missing and there was insufficient light in the evening for reading or doing our crossword and jigsaw puzzles.
