Sitting proudly on the beautiful wetlands of Lakeside is this home that is guaranteed to provide an unforgettable experience for your family/group.
When location matters it does not get any better than fronting the wetlands. Seen as a private paradise for the tightly held community, it is hard for families to not admire the serenity and beauty.
WALKING DISTANCE to Arena & Lakeside shopping centres as well as the Cardinia train station and transport terminus making this home's location perfect.
The Space:
With 4 double bedrooms on the upper level, master with massive walk in robe & ensuite, built in robes to the remaining bedrooms, convenient located secondary bathroom and toilet.
Living space nothing short of spectacular with a formal lounge at the front of the home with wetland views, open plan family room with an additional rumpus/leisure zone on the upper level.
Open plan kitchen with massive walk through pantry, 90cm oven, stone bench tops, tiled splash back and ample storage, in keeping with the open plan flow is a large meals/dining space.
