Located within walking distance to Bombora on the River for breakfast and lunch, Goolwaâs Adventure Naturescape Playground, Goolwa Wharf, South Lakes Golf Club and Goolwa Regatta Yacht Club. Launch the boat to enjoy your favourite water sports at the public boat ramp, head down to the beach, enjoy a leisurely bike ride or stroll along the bike path or simply just sit back, relax and take in the breath-taking views, the choice is yours!
The home comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 living and 2 bathrooms.
Master bedroom upstairs with en-suite and views of Golf Course. Second and third bedroom downstairs, living space upstairs and second area to chill down stairs.
Open plan living / dining upstairs with balcony , BBQ, outdoor seating and dining with TV, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, cook top, electric oven and pantry, Bathroom down stairs has a deep floating bath, shower and separate toilet.
** Please note this property does not include linen; however linen hire can be arranged by local company Victor Linen. Quilts with covers & pillows provided. Guests to bring or hire Sheets, Pillow cases, Towels & Tea Towels.**

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location
