***Property Overview***
Welcome to Sweetie Kai, Island House #6.
This 2-bedroom home has been completely renovated from top to bottom and outfitted by an interior designer with beautiful finishes and decor. New ceiling fans enhance the tropical breezes while the air conditioning keeps things cool in both the bedrooms and living areas.
The living, dining, and kitchen areas are on the lower level, with a powder room and laundry. A sunroom with a daybed sits at the front of the home off the living area. It's the perfect spot for reading books or as an overflow sleeping space for kids.
The living and dining areas open onto a spacious, fully screened patio with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy a tropical breakfast or breezy dinner without pesky bugs. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and is stocked with cookware, flatware, glassware, and cutlery. A drip coffee maker, wine fridge, and blender are also provided.
Upstairs, you'll find two identical bedrooms, each with a private balcony and ensuite bathroom. The balconies overlook the screened patio providing elevated views of the waterfront.

While Bio Bay is ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding, it is not ideal for swimming due to its soft muddy bottom. For a barefoot beach experience with great food and tropical drinks, head across the street to the new Rum Point Club.
