Family friendly, bring the boat & make use of your own pontoon to fish from or launch off to explore the two incredible 'World Heritage' natural wonderlands of Hinchinbrook & surrounding areas with all it has to offer!

Large Waterfront Townhouse with pontoon, pool & spa.
Spacious 2 levels, with 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 with extra provisions for 10 in total.
2 bedroom enjoys stunning views of Hinchinbrook Marina looking out from a spacious balcony above the swimming pool with its own kitchenette & bar fridge. The 3rd bedroom looks out to Hinchinbrook Island. There are 3 Bathrooms & a spa bath in the main ensuite.

Lower level dbl bedroom adjacent a bathroom, large shower, toilet & vanity suited for guests who prefer not to use the staircase. Potentially suitable for wheelchair access depending on width.

If you have specific requirements & durations not in line with the set calendar & other, dont hesitate to get in touch to discuss. Where able, we may be able to help to meet your requirements. Our main objective is for you to have a wonderful time, enjoy your stay and fall in love with this stunning 'World Heritage' location.

Hinchinbrook Marina is tidal, spotting marine life & aves feeding is a naturalists delight most people pay entry fees to watch.

The property can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. However, please note that for groups with more than 6 adults, there will be an additional charge of $25 per guest.
This property is in a quiet neighbourhood, any gatherings, parties or events are strictly prohibited. Pets not allowed unless previously approved.
