Moir Point Paradise is a modern, sunny holiday home in the heart of Mangawhai Heads. Tastefully decorated and with great indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces this is a great spot for your next getaway.
This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom holiday home has lovely open-plan living, dining and kitchen which flows out to a great little outdoor oasis, a covered deck with drop-down blinds so you can enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather. The light and airy spaces have been stylishly furnished and you'll love the inviting atmosphere.
The kitchen is well set up to whip up a culinary storm and if you prefer alfresco cooking there is a hooded Weber BBQ for your use. Plus for coffee aficionados there is a barista-style coffee machine.
With a heat pump it is set up for your comfort year round and with a Smart TV and unlimited Wifi your entertainment options are covered. Over Summer when the bunkroom is available that also has a 55 Smart TV. The Bunkroom has 2 Single over Double Bunk sets.
In terms of location, there is plenty to do so close to your doorstep. The kids will be happy with the Mangawhai Activity Zone a 15-minute walk or 2 minute drive away, and golf enthusiasts can enjoy the Mangawhai Golf Club next door. For those seeking sun, surf and sand, the safe and sheltered waters of the estuary are an 8 minute walk/1 minute drive away or the Mangawhai Heads Beach surf beach is little more than a 5 minute drive away. There is ample room to park a boat and a filleting bench out back and the boat ramp is less than a 5 minute drive away so great for those who love a day out on the water.
For shopping, markets, restaurants and cafes you have Wood St in the Heads (Pizzeria,Gringas, Brewed As Collective, takeaways and more), Mangawhai Central (New World Supermarket, Liquor Store, Sushi and more) within a 20-25 minute walk/ 5 minute drive and Mangawhai Village (Tavern, Dune, 8, Bennetts Chocolate and more) a 7-8 minute drive away.

A small dog may be permitted on request.
If you wish to use the small outdoor fireplace you will need to bring your own wood or purchase from the local Four Square or New World.

If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although Bookabach/VRBO take your credit card details, all booking payments are made to Bach Stay NZ Limited who manage this property for the owners. Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
