Great home base to hike at Algonquin with our dog. Property was comfortable, warm and had lots of space. Would be great with family too!

Family Getaway

What a great spot! Had a wonderful time with my adult kids winter hiking the Algonquin Park trails. Place had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend.

A great place for a family outing

Great location, minutes away from the East gate of Algonquin park. Very warm and spacious cottage. The owner responded to all our questions promptly. We would stay there again.

Perfect Place

Cozy private cottage yet close to everything! Great for family- not crowded- plenty of sleeping space and room to gather for meals and games. Everything we needed! Prompt easy communication with hosts who went above and beyond! Already looking forward to returning!!

Spacious and comfortable cottage in great location just outside East Gate of park. Easy to get to trails and enjoyed our two nights there.

Photography trip great place to stay

The house was just what I needed. I Would recommend to others. Unfortunately, the entire time I was only there for a few hours to sleep only, as it was a photographer trip. However, what I can say is that it’s cozy, great bed, all the amenities you need (cookware, BBQ) nicely set back on the property for privacy. The host was great! She was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. I hope to go back with hubby but next time spend more time and relax there.

Great cottage with plenty of nature to hear. Communication was great with host. Cottage was as advertised / expected. Property surrounded by trees and was great for seeing stars at night. Lots of space indoors and on the deck. Great place to stay near Algonquin Park East Gate. Plenty of conveniences nearby. Highly recommended.
