Getaway

Francesca is so helpful, communicative and accommodating. The Porto Bello staff from the office to housekeeping were great. The laundry service was so helpful as we are traveling for an extended time. Great villa, great view, great location. We will be back soon.

Porto Bello Marina & Villas Puerto Aventuras

Comfortable, clean, and safe residence with a very good location. A minor issue with a noise in the HVAC system that would come and go especially at night. Kitchen had only the bare essential cooking utensils, eating silverware and place settings for (4) and absolutely nothing else; no toaster or even salt and pepper. The washing machine for the tenants was broken but the cleaning service did small loads (wash, dry, and fold) for about 180 pesos. We would stay there again.

Pleasant older building on the marina

Likes: handy location near the restaurant strip- no golf cart needed uncrowded, well maintained pool and deck comfy sleeper-sectional dishwasher laundry next door very good building staff. Compared to other vacation rentals, this unit is minimally equipped. Linens are worn. Pillows not great. Rugs are old. The hot tub was filled with ants when we turned it on — needed cleaning! The Property manager caring for this unit didn’t answer the phone when we arrived at night and could not locate the unit, given there are several Porto Bello buildings and our Cancun cab driver was clueless. After 30 minutes some residents helped us out.
