2016 renoverat samtida hus, allt är nytt! Gå till Leesville Lake

Renoverat modernt 3-sovrumsstuga / hus med 2 våningar, nytt kök med alla apparater inklusive diskmaskin, stort kylskåp, elektrisk spis, marmor spis med plats för 4, 2 nya badrum - ett med stall dusch och ett med badkar / jacuzzi, nya fönster , nytt tak, stort familjerum 12 'X 22', köksbord 8, ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare, nya golv i hela, eldstad framför huset, promenad till privat strand - 5 minuter. Stranden är liten, men inte mycket använt, ingen livräddare. Awesome Leesville Lake är 1000 tunnland med 2700 tunnland mark. 2 marinor på sjöbåtuthyrning. Sovrummet har drottning Tempurpedic säng, Full säng i andra sovrummet och 2 singlar på första våningen. Staden ligger 10 minuters bilresa. Tyst och lugn - bra ställe att komma bort från allt, men celltjänst är inte bra förutom Verizon. Liten strand för förening - ingen livräddare, 1 timme 20-40 minuter från östra sidan av Cleveland. 2 timmar från västra sidan av Cleveland. 2 timmar från Columbus och Pittsburg också! Nytt däck framför huset juli 2017 - aluminiumbord och stolar på däck, även är 6 hopfällbara lägerstolar för eldstaden, 3 hängande stolar, en hängmatta för två personer och 2 stolar med tyngdkraft.
Huset ligger på sjön väg på icke-sjön sida, men är vackert beläget i träden på en kulle. KÖRVÄGET ÄR PÅ KNOLLWOOD, EN GATT FÖR ROCKWOOD DRIVE. ADRESS ÄR TILLBAKA PÅ HUSET SOM GODT FRAM

Fun weekend on Leesville Lake

Had a fantastic weekend reminiscing about my childhood weekends spent at Leesville Lake. Wonderful lake house with everything you could want provided. Clean, spacious home was perfect. Loved the multiple decks with hanging chairs, large table and great fire pit area. Only bad thing was that we couldn’t stay for a few more days. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for peaceful retreat.

Nice getaway for my husband's birthday

There were two of us couples with four children. Rented a pontoon for a day, it was during the week and there weren't many other people around, which we loved. House is walking distance from a nice little beach where the children had a great time.

Overall Great!

When they say there is poor reception they weren’t kidding! That being said their suggested spots for the best reception where helpful. No WiFi. Very clean property and they even had little things that we had forgotten like a lighter for the fire pit. Neighbors seemed nice but where farther away so not much contact. No direct lake access which was misleading to us given the picture of the dock and lake. The public beach is only a mile walk down the road so it wasn’t to hard to find! Really a great place to disconnect and be in nature. Bring DVDs to watch in case of poor weather!

Would stay again

Beautiful kitchen with all the supplies you could need and nice big table for family to gather around. Nice full baths. 2 decks w/ plenty of outside seating was so nice! Worth noting: no Internet, a bit difficult to find so follow the owner’s directions, driveway is a little steep, and lastly there is a strong musty odor. Odor trappers in each room & dehumidifiers don’t seem to be getting the job done.

This is my fourth year staying here. Nothing compares to sitting in the hammock chair with a good book on a sunny morning, on the deck overlooking a beautiful forest. It is the perfect balance of modern class and cozy cabin. Thank you!

Great getaway

Beautiful property. Enjoyed outdoor fire pit. Nice large wood dining table perfect for meals, games. Lake access nearby. House interior beautiful, good layout. Very nice.

Private updated cottage

This was our third stay and we just love it! We appreciated the new wall mounted air conditioners in each room. We spend loads of time on the decks, rented a pontoon boat at the Northfork Marina, and kayaked from the development's beach.

The property was in a beautiful setting. The area was a great to disconnect and relax.

The property was very clean and had amenities to make our stay very relaxing. Beautiful remodel to the home. Loved the porch, which is where we spent most of our time if we were not kayaking on the lake. Neighborhood and neighbors were very kind and friendly. Will definitely return to this home. The host was excellent about responding to inquiries.

A Wonderful Retreat

Our group needed a great getaway and this was it. Steven is a great communicator, so don't be afraid to ask him any questions. The cabin itself looks exactly like its pictures clean and refreshing. The décor in the cabin has a nice serenity to it as well. We're so happy he put a post with the address on it up because without it we would have had problems finding the place. My only regret is not staying a extra day. I highly recommend staying here.

Clean and comfortable

This place is so clean and beautifully renovated! Kitchen fully stocked with every utensil, pan, and dinnerware you need. The layouts are open and comfortable. The porches are wonderful with the most peaceful setting in the woods. We loved our stay! The property manager was prompt at returning my message when I couldn’t find the towels :) We had no issues!

Very Clean. Very Quiet.

Very clean inside and out. The location, for the most part, is quiet. You'll hear the occasional boats on the lake and small aircraft taking off from the airport, but none of it is distracting. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for others, especially if they'd plan to take part in activities on the lake.

Beautiful space to stay

We fully enjoyed this house in the pouring rain, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and playing games in the spacious living room. Once the sun came out we loved the deck as well with lounge chairs, hammock and grill. The walk to the lake front was steep but manageable. We were delighted that there were no Jet skis on the lake.

Secluded lake house

The house is quite lovely, stylish and very comfortable. If you have nice weather, the outdoor living area is lovely as well. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat, this is the place. Our stay was for a week while visiting family , so the location was not ideal. Cell phone coverage was lacking, but our Skyroam provided reliable internet. Great lighting features throughout and comfortable beds and AC. Overall, We enjoyed our stay.

70 birthday getaway

The lower deck is where we spent most of our time. Lounge seating and table for 8. Everyone commented on how quiet is was. Just a short walk or drive to the beach we’re we launched our kayaks. The lake is quiet and smooth. It was a perfect place to celebrate my 70th birthday with my family.

Relaxing long weekend

Just what we were looking for! Steven was super responsive and helpful! The property was clean and had everything we needed. We had a great time unplugging from daily life and just relaxing for a few days 😊

Fell in love with Leesville Lake. It doesnt feel like you are in Ohio! - More of a Pennsylvania feel due to the terrain. The lake only allows 9.9 HP motors, so its much quieter than surrounding lakes. Great place for fishing or just hanging out on the lake. Known as one of Ohio's best Walleye lakes. I live in Cleveland and have made a project out of renovating the place to a high standard of quality.

Walk to Leesville Lake (house is not on lake - its a 7-10 minute walk), one of the best kept secrets in Ohio for a awesome lake. The water is great for swimming and considered one of the best fishing lakes in Ohio for Walleye. Once you get here it's serene, quiet and beautiful. Downside is that town is a 10-15 drive from town and the major attraction is the natural beauty of the area and the lake! Rent a pontoon boat at Peterson Marina - 10 Minutes away.

This is not your fathers cabin, it is contemporary in the interior design, and is modernized in every way. Emphasis on comfort! Tempurpedic bed in master bedroom and foam topper on the other beds. No internet ,Just Peace and Quiet! Although, there is a TV and a DVD. Wonderful deck on first floor - 384 SF, where you feel like you are in the trees. Awesome fire pit off first floor deck. New 9/2020 -Central Air Conditioning and Heating.
