Great place / Great location

It was easily accessible. The place was very nice. Pictures online were a little deceiving as the 2nd bedroom only had bunk beds, not a separate bed also! Loved the location. Would definitely stay there again

Disaster

We were evacuated on Friday at 4:00 pm due to structural damage to the building known as Renaissance Towers. The police and firemen that were there said they were surprised the building was still standing. Also they stated this was not from Hurricane Ian but a lack of maintenance.

This was an excellent condo with perfect location to the beach with a view of the ocean. Karaoke every night at the cabana which is very close and we heard it all.

Nice Break

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location of the condo was great — very close to the beach and the Quarter Deck. You could actually sit on the deck and enjoy the music/karaoke if you wanted to. The only complaint would be that it didn’t have a coffee pot even though it said it did online.

Family Vacation

We gave this a 7 out of 10. It was very comfortable with 5 of us there, plenty of room. We could not find sheets for the sofa bed, which was used for our oldest. The location, the staff, the activities there (especially the beach bar/restaurant) all were terrific. Nightly karaoke provided entertainment, even though we were just there for support. We listened from our balcony a few nights. We would definitely stay again!

Great for families with young children

I have a 9 yr old and 7 month old and my best friend had her 5 yr old twins. The location was so close to the beach it made lugging all the littles and beach stuff a breeze! When our babies went to sleep we really enjoyed listening to the karaoke music from the tiki hut while we sat on the balcony. Only thing I recommend is more large cookware. We ate in most meals and the smaller pots meant cooking multiple batches.

Great family place, for summer fun. We had kids ages 5-10. They all loved it.

Overall a great. Kids had lots to do. Clean family atmosphere. Only complaint would be parking. Though the parking is tough, I’d be happy to go again. Grand kids had a blast.

Picture perfect view!

Great rooms, great prices, and great people! Myrtle Beach Resort is a favorite of ours, gated security, 30+ acres, tennis, basketball, playground, grills, 6 pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, on-site ocean front restaurant, they have it all! It’s a very family friendly place! They have 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms units available for families of all sizes. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners during our two week stay and they couldn’t have been nicer. We plan to book with Shaggy’s from now on!

Perfect Place!!!

Wow! We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for a full week and I must say it was the perfect set up for us. The unit is in the middle of the building which put us about equal distance from the beach and the smaller pool with the kiddie pools and lazy river! About a two three minute walk to either! The Condo is tastefully decorated and I loved the updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. We have a 5 yr old, so being on the second floor put our minds at ease with him going out on the balcony. One extra that we were able to take advantage of is, the indoor pool is in the same building. You can actually walk out the door and be overlooking the pool! The beach is kept very clean and is not too crowded due to no public access. The Campground next door had a huge inflatable water slide that we were able to use for very little money. (about $3 a trip) The owner is very easy to work with and is very accessible. We called him when we first checked in to tell him that the floor was sticky as if somone had spilled something. Within 45 min his housekeeper was there to take care of the floors. (No spill, just wrong type of cleaning solution for that type of floor.) No other problems. One thing to look out for is Parking. Finding a space can be challenging if you get back late. Who cares about a short walk in beautiful weather! I could go on and on but I will close by saying I highly recommend this unit. Thanks for the great experience Greg. We will be back!!!

Loved it:)

We stayed here for spring break 2012. It was perfect. Clean and up to date. The leather couches were wonderful. With the weather being difficult during the spring the indoor pool was awesome. We had phenomenal weather so we were able to take advantage of all the amenities. We wish we could have used the outdoor pool area but it wasn't open for the season. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo.
