✓ Spacious Dining room
✓ Laundry room with washer, dryer, detergent, iron, and ironing board
✓ 4 bedrooms - 1 King & 3 Queen beds
✓ 3 full washrooms.
***BASEMENT TENANT***
We have a quiet basement tenant, and they have a separate entrance to the house. You will have full privacy. You almost won't see or feel any tenant.
Outdoors:
✓ Parking for up to 10 vehicles
✓ Huge backyard for recreation ( Patio with seating and BBQ), activities ( Badminton space & Children play area, Fire pit) or soaking up the sun
Whole home high-speed WiFi is available throughout the entire house.
