Welcome to your tranquil lakefront retreat in Patterson Lakes! Our picturesque space is nestled near the lake, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Additional features include:
• Quiet court location
• Pingpong table,BBQ,boat
• Open fire place with full length mantle and high ceilings
We are delighted to have you as our guest and we hope that you will have a serene and rejuvenating stay in our Vacation House.
Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm via app or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your great trip.
The entire property is yours to enjoy.
Paddles and life jackets in the storage at the backyard
Spoilt for choice there are three living areas, two overlooking the sparkling waters of Lake Legana.
The open plan kitchen, family and meals features and hearth and wall to wall windows and doors flowing out to the resort-like backyard offering timber decking, lawn and steps to the sandy shores of your own water wonderland.
The gleaming white kitchen boasts Carrara marble subway tiles and sprawling stone benchtops. Fisher & Paykel appliances, soft closing drawers, a large corner pantry and more than ample storage to ensure you have everything on hand to cook up a feast for the family or entertain in style.
There are four bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, a double bed, a single and a sofa bed . Extra linen for sofa bed cost apply . (Sofa bed is more suitable for children .)The master suite boasts walk in robe and a stunning new ensuite. The striking main bathroom features large on-trend oval freestanding bath.
Imagine the days ahead, lazing around on the deck, whilst the children play on your sandy beach and frolic in the water with their friends.
Additional features include:
• Playground with basketball court only metres away
• Instantaneous hot water
• Gas central heating
• Double carport with storage room
• Internal service courtyard
The property is self check-in for your convenience. Easy to follow instructions are sent through prior to checking in. Please note keys are located off site and will need to be collected prior to arrival.
For the food safety reason, this property will not provide salt, pepper, oil, please remember to bring your own.
