Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by messaging us through your booking platform. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.

- This is a smoke free property
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 10pm.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you lose the key / key fob / swipe a replacement fee will be charged.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
