THE VILLA:
Bedroom One: Queen Bed, Dresser, Ceiling Fan
Bedroom Two: Single Bed, Dresser, Ceiling Fan (Optional at extra cost)
Bathroom: Shower - (over the bath tub), Bath and Toilet
Living Space: Comfy lounge, arm chairs and Smart TV
Kitchen: Modern renovated kitchen with 900mm freestanding gas stove, stone bench tops and a farm house sink
Dining Room: Separate room for meals with a dining table.
Laundry: Front Loader Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board
Outdoors: Quaint and private backyard with secluded outdoor seating. There is also a cosy undercover patio to enjoy an outdoor meal or beverage.
HEATING/COOLING:
Our home has ducted heating throughout to keep you warmer in the cooler months of Orange. There are also ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
PARKING:
Our home offers free street parking only. There should always be space to park right outside of the home.
LINEN:
High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.
AMENITIES:
The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.
WIFI:
High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay. Please note this home forms part of a duplex.
The Neighborhood:
Edward St Villa 149 sits proudly on a wide, tree lined street in a quiet, yet central part of Orange.
Within 2 blocks you'll find Award Winning SMH Hatted Restaurant 'Charred', Bills Beans Cafe and the Orange Train Station.
Parrot Gin Distillery is a 5 minute walk from the home and is a great spot for gin tasting and woodfired pizzas!
Within 3-4 blocks you'll be strolling through Orange's CBD where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, boutique shopping, bars and parks,
Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

SECOND BEDROOM:
If required, a second bedroom can be available and made up for an extra guest if prior notice is given. The charge for this is $50 per night. Please let the Book Regional Team know when booking if you would like the extra bedroom so we can arrange this for you.
