1: a våningen
Du kommer in i ytterdörren för att hitta vår våningssäng. Våningssalen har två enkelsängar över hela våningssängar. Det finns ett badrum i nästa rum (solrum) som har ett badrum på första våningen. Det finns också en stor garderob i våningssalen för att lagra kläder och eller strandutrustning. Nästa kommer du att märka en hiss för att komma åt alla 3 våningarna för din komfort. När du rör dig genom våningssalen hittar du Sunroom som vetter ut mot uteplatsen och den vackra privata poolen. Här hittar du en soffa och flera stolar.

2: a våningen
När du tar dig till 2: a våningen via hissen, kommer du att möta en hall som leder till tre sovrum. Det första sovrummet är en Master Suite som kan betraktas som ett ADA-rum. Det är ett stort utrymme med en dubbelsäng, stor klädkammare och ett stort badrum med duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet är det minsta och har ett område för att hänga dina kläder, queen size-säng och ett privat badrum. Från detta rum har du tillgång till uteplatsen på andra våningen. Det tredje rummet är rymligt inklusive en queen size-säng, privat badrum, garderob och tillgång till uteplatsen på andra våningen.

3: e våningen
På 3: e våningen hittar du kronjuvelen i hemmet - en fantastisk utsikt! Här hittar du en Master Suite med en king size-säng, stor klädkammare och stort master badrum. Vardagsrummet drar nytta av utsikten med en bank med stora fönster. Här hittar du ett vackert, stort matbord och ett underbart inredda kök för att förbereda en fest för familjen. Gå ut på uteplatsen och njut av utsikten - låt oroligheterna bara smälta bort!

A Lovely Port Aransas Home

Such a beautiful house, plenty of room, very neat layout, bathrooms in every bedroom. Great kitchen and adjacent den. Close to the beach and to in-town attractions. Pool was really nice for afternoon swims, and was maintained daily. Very highly recommended property!

Beautiful view

The view of the ocean is beautiful from the top deck! We loved playing in the private pool. The bedrooms all having their own bathrooms was a huge bonus!

Amazing beach home

We loved staying at Safe Harbor! It is a beautiful home that has a fabulous view of the ocean from the third floor. The house is roomy and we’ll stocked with almost anything that you might need. It is very close to the beach. There are added bonuses of a private pool and an elevator! Great vacation spot!

The perfect space for a large family vacay

The house was not only beautiful and clean but it also had plenty of room to house 11 people comfortably. We parked our boat in the driveway with 3 vehicles and a golf cart. The pool was a good size and accommodated all of the kids!

Family celebration

Our 3 generation family loved our stay at SeaGlass!! The property is beautiful with every needed amenity, comfortable beds, private pool that’s lighted for night swimming, elevator, plenty of bathrooms, and adequate parking spaces on a cul-de-sac. We’ve been coming to Port Aransas since we were babies and have brought our children here every year. This is our favorite property, and we were so happy to share it with another generation❤️ Thank you, Michael, for hosting us!!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was just what we needed. As a family - we travel to Port A every year. We were nervous this year because of covid and the fact that my father is older and immune compromised. Sea Glass was the perfect place. We had plenty of room and really no reason to leave. It was a wonderful vacation....and we hope to return!

Delayed Vacay

We were supposed to have this vacation in 2022, but half of our family got Covid two days before we were supposed the be there. Michael was so kind and generous allowing us to postpone our stay until this year! We had an amazing time and the house did not disappoint one bit! We used the pool every day and it was great to get in when the sun was setting and not so hot! The bedrooms were huge and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The elevator was great, we have a couple of people in our family with some mobility issues and this was a game changer. We had a great vacation, thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful home!

Great Stay!!!

Had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful beach house. It fit our needs perfectly! The pool was a perfect way to start and end our days. Had one little issue and Michael addressed it quickly. Property was a great stay, and we would stay again. Property Manager was extremely responsive and provided great detail before and during the stay. Loved the spaciousness, and close proximity to the beach. You really can't go wrong if you book this property.

Delightful beach house fit for all generations

This well appointed house (with elevator) exceeded our needs for our three-family beach trip. The large dining table held all of us easily as we cooked the majority of our meals in the kitchen. If we weren’t at the table or at the beach, we were relaxing in the large pool that served as a great way to wind down for the day. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had its own full bath. Michael was very accommodating with our schedule, and he kept us updated on check in/check out procedures. I took a “show of hands “ survey to see if everyone would return to this house another time, and it was unanimous!! We’ll be back!! Thank you for helping us make the best memories!

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect for our multi-generational family, including my disabled sister. Plenty of room to spread out, enjoyed the decks and the pool! Would suggest adding some more towels and particularly having a kitchen towel for drying dishes! We would definitely stay here again if we are in Port A!

A Perfect Beach Getaway

Sea Glass Place is a charming, modern, wonderfully located property for a large group getaway. We were 11 in total, split between 5 kids (ages ranging from 6 - 10) and 6 adults. The owner, Michael, was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating! The property looks and feels new. It is very well kept. The three-story residence had plenty of space for all of us to spread out for "alone time" and get together for group time. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor in-ground pool (quite a nice size compared to most of the others we saw) and the large living / dining / kitchen open-concept space on the top floor. The chef's kitchen was furnished with modern, high-end Mongram appliances. And the dining table (right off the kitchen) had comfortable seating for 10. There was plenty of pantry and fridge space for us to unpack and move into. The bedrooms were ample and nicely furnished. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and TV which was an added bonus. We had plenty of parking for our three cars and two rented golf-carts. The property could've easily accommodated one or two more cars in the driveway. All-in-all, for our first trip to Port-A, Sea Glass Place made it memorable and fun! We would definitely consider this property for a return trip in the future.

Beautiful Sea Glass

Beautiful location, close to beach and shopping. House clean and pool sparkling! Only cleaning issue was most cooking pans/pots needed scrubbing before use. Owner very responsive. Would stay there again.
