Youâll have 1,759 sq ft of living space, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests looking to escape to the great outdoors in a laid-back style. Near Cave Creek National Park, Sonoran Preserve, and many top-notch golf courses. Unique shopping and restaurant experiences in Cave Creek are just a short walk from the house, and there are weekly bull riding and line dancing activities at Buffalo Chip Saloon. Youâll receive a DIGITAL GUIDEBOOK with more info and recommendations once booked!
Getting Around:
31 miles from PHX Airport & 17 miles from Scottsdale Airport (SCF). Itâs best to have a car as Uber/Lyft services may be difficult to get from this property. The Cave Creek area is a bit remote, about 16 miles north of North Scottsdale.

STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a Minut device that measures volume decibels (does not record) and notifies us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2000 fine.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via TRUVI

The landscaper visits the property every Tuesday.
We donât have a lost and found, so please double-check you have all your stuff before you leave. We canât take responsibility for anything left behind.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- The primary guest who made the reservation must stay at the property.
- Local guests within a 4-hour drive must contact us before booking.
- This dog-friendly property allows up to 2 dogs for $125 per stay, but you must get pre-approval. The dog(s) must be crate-trained, and please clean up after your dog. No cats, sorry.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- Recreational drug use or any illegal or dangerous activity at the property is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty.
- Guests must comply with maximum occupancy and obtain approval for additional guests or incur a fee.
- There are 3 outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know 1-2 days in advance to arrange it.

Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay, including cleaning charges needed due to unauthorized pets discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. 3. In case of an emergency, act immediately.

7. Check the airway and breathing. If needed, start CPR immediately (if you are trained)
