Hideaway at Brookfield Acreage Tennis Court Pool
Set on almost 4 acres, Hideaway@Brookfield is located in Brookfield's most exclusive pocket. Insanely private yet only 5 minutes to Kenmore, you will drive along a private winding driveway to arrive at the property. Acreage property boosts of a full size Tennis Court (you will need to bring your own equipment), a large tropical resort pool, cabana and many outdoor hangout spaces. The house has 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, and two living areas and open plan kitchen.
All four Bedrooms are proper king-size beds, they cannot be separated and are not put together to form a large bed. Bedroom one is very private and situated on one wing of the house away from everyone. It has a separate bath, shower and toilet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share an ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2 is close to bath number 3. Please see layout photos.
Dining room has a large 8 person dining table.
Laundry room has a large washing machine and two vented dryers, please ensure laundry door is open to ensure hot air can escape outside when in use.
Guests have access to the whole house and outdoor areas except for the locked cupboards and Walk in Robe. All areas off limits to guests have been locked way. Please see layout photo where it is all marked accordingly.
We will be offsite and be contactable should you need us, but aim to give as much privacy as possible.
Located in Brookfield's most prestigious pocket, right next to Kenmore hills, 5 mins to Coles, 7 mins to Woolworths. Feels very far from anywhere but only 25 mins to the city when traffic allows. Peak traffic varies between 40mins to an hour to the CBD. We are surrounded by bush, birds and wildlife so please note you will most likely experience kangaroos, wallabies, bush turkeys and other wildlife. Please don't book the place if you are expecting a sterile environment. Please drive slowly and carefully on the driveway for your own safety and also not to hit our resident wildlife.
The house is not mobility friendly, you need to be able to walk the stairs from ground car park to the main house.
