This newly renovated stay offers the quintessential coastal retreat, with light-filled interiors, a large, grassy backyard and a sun-drenched deck for laidback alfresco dining – all within a 10-minute walk of Barwon Heads Beach and the town centre. Explore this charming seaside suburb or visit the area’s world-class golf courses before returning to relax on the sofa in air-conditioned comfort, making use of the well-equipped kitchen and enjoying the ease of WiFi, parking and laundry facilities.
A fresh renovation and modern conveniences make this beachside stay your home away from home, while vaulted ceilings and pine floors offer a light and airy holiday feel. An open-plan kitchen and dining area includes everything that’s needed to cook and enjoy meals, including a six-seater table, or make the most of warm days by heading to the furnished deck for laidback alfresco dining and cooling sea breezes.

The bright and welcoming living area is complete with a large sofa where you can settle in for cosy movie nights, while split system air-conditioning and heating as well as ceiling fans throughout ensure year-round comfort. There’s also plenty of space on the large backyard lawn for relaxation and entertaining.

Two spacious bedrooms sleep five guests, with the first bedroom including a queen-size bed while the second offers a bunk with a queen on the bottom and a single on the top, making this an ideal stay for families. In the pristine bathroom, you’ll find a shower, bathtub and vanity as well as complimentary toiletries to refresh after a day at the beach, while a laundry area includes a washing machine, dryer and basin.

Garage parking for two cars allows you to come and go with ease, WiFi is also available.

Complimentary toiletries and consumables are provided for your comfort upon arrival. Once consumed, we kindly recommend that guests bring or purchase their own for the rest of their stay.

Good value

The property was really good value and presents nicely. The only issue for us was the weather; it was really warm overnight and there are no fans or air conditioning in the bedrooms so it was difficult to sleep.

Holiday to celebrate finishing school

House was within walking distance of shops and beach, house was really nice and clean, refreshing change to not have to bring linen or towels, overall really good

Great family getaway

We had a great time in this clean and comfortable property. Well located close to shops and beach, with plenty of yard space for the kids to run around, and a nice big, sunny living area. Kitchen has most of the pots and pans you need if you are planning to cook, and there were good basic supplies provided (oil, salt, pepper, teabags etc). Despite the busy street the property was lovely and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Nice second home

Cosy and comfortable 2 bedrooms. Nice interiors and decor. Loved little things like hot water pressure for the shower, some basic provisions in the pantry and ample space in the backyard and house for the kids. The split system aircon worked well in the lounge room, although my husband felt a bit hot at night without fans/cooling in the bedroom, so we slept with the windows opened. This was a day in March, top temperature in the low 20s... Communication with the host was always easy and they were always prompt and responsive. Easy drive into town (also walk-able, but with our kids, we just found it easy to tow them about in the car).
