Note there is a garbage chute on this floor, please dispose of your rubbish there after your stay.
Guests are required to provide a security deposit before check-in to cover damages or outstanding expenses during their stay. The security deposit is used only as insurance for damages and/or outstanding expenses incurred by the guest(s) during the stay at the property, excluding accommodation costs. In the case no damages have been incurred and/or all expenses incurred by the guest have been settled, the deposit will be released in full within 10 business days of check out.
Superhostly reserves the right to charge the credit card provided for damages/expenses that are not otherwise settled by the time of check out. The reasons Superhostly may charge for damages/expenses include, but are not limited to:
- Lost keys (up to $200 per key)
- Call out fee for lockouts ($100 during business hours, $200 outside business hours)
- Failure to leave property at agreed check-out time (up to additional cost incurred by Superhostly)
- Cleanliness issues resulting in additional cleaning ($100/hour)
- House rules violations (up to $400 based on cleaning costs)
- Damaged inventory or property (charged at cost for replacement/repair)
- Missing items (charged at cost for replacement)
- Returning guest belongings (charged at cost for return)
Accidental breakages will not affect the deposit, but malicious damage will be referred to the police, with costs not limited by the deposit. Any issues impacting the deposit will be detailed within 14 business days after check-out.
