Spacious!

We were impressed with the property. Location was near everywhere we wanted to go. Beds were some of the most comfortable we've stayed in. We had plenty of space for sleeping arrangements and plenty of room for the kids to play. One of our favorites on the island.

Great location

This house is centrally located between the beach and pier area making everything pretty walkable. An ample size enough for a family of 6 and two dogs. The kitchen is large but in terms of kitchen supplies it is not well equipped for extensive cooking. The HVAC was not working well so it was warm in the house. The queen beds felt small for queen size. The house is well stocked with beach gear and kayaks with plenty of towels. We loved the large couch for family movie nights. Overall a nice place to stay.

Perfect Getaway

This was a great spot for a Girls getaway. My mom and her sisters had a great time catching up. We spent hours sitting on the most wonderful couch talking and enjoying each other's company. The house was so nice and clean. Great location and good parking! Thank you!!

Christmas Family Vacation

The house was just perfect for our family. This was a central location for everyone to meet. And the large living area and kitchen was absolutely wonderful for everyone to mingle together for every meal. The comfortable living area were so delightful when opening presents and watching Christmas movies and playing games. The entertainment area really made for a perfect family setting.The exterior of the home was so warm and inviting and the grill set up was perfect for nights when the men wanted steaks. All of the bedrooms were perfect and had plenty of privacy with their own bathrooms. The layout was perfect for our older guests. The check in was easy, the home was very clean and plenty of amenities and toiletries etc
It really made for the perfect accommodation for a fantastic family Christmas present for our family. Many wonderful memories were shared and made in the home. We can’t say enough wonderful comments. Thank you.

Perfect home

This was an ideally located house for our visit to St. Simons Island. A well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and lots of living space made it a perfect place for us. Julie was incredibly communicative and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great House!

This house was perfect. Plenty of space for the six of us with enough privacy for all. The kitchen has everything you need and the grill worked perfectly. The location was fantastic and we road the bikes daily. 10 out of 10. We will be back!

A Sparkling Gem in SS Island

We have visited St. Simons for about 5 years now and this was our best accommodation ever. A new and huge house just minutes away for the pier. 3 big bedrooms and baths downstairs fit us great. And there was upstairs space to spare. Beautiful and incredibly comfortable furniture, TV's, front porch, plenty of "at the door" parking. And a huge and amazing kitchen. Excellent condition, extremely clean and well stocked. The owner Juile lives next door and is very personable and very helpful. We were so happy that we plan to try to book this house again next year. And that's a HUGE compliment! PS- or two little pups loved the smooth, cool and carefree floors and space to explore and plop down! They Voted 5 Paws. As long-time renters this place is a real Gem.

Very Nice

The house is lovely. The bedding and pillows are old and lack comfort. Four bathrooms but only one hair dryer and no soap in any of them. We had eight people in the house at Christmas time so we surely could have used more than two garbage bags. Even though the rental lacks the little extras that would make it wonderful, its price was good and it was perfect for a family get together.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful post Christmas getaway with our family at this well equipped property. Plenty of space for our group of five adults and five children. Great gathering spaces but privacy as well in the four bedroom areas with en suite bathrooms. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and waterfront. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Stay

The house was clean and beautiful—great location near the beach and village. The only issue was the AC unit was incredibly loud in two of the downstairs bedrooms. It probably needs maintenance work. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

SSI Get Away

We came to SSI to celebrate my sons 30th birthday. The house was perfect and absolutely gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet, quaint and a great location. A short golf cart ride to the Village and even shorter to the beach.

Engagement Weekend

We had an absolutely incredible vacation and this beautiful home was the icing on the cake. Despite a hurricane coming through, our host was exceptionally accommodating and thoughtful. The home was more than we could have asked for and it served as the perfect spot for an engagement weekend. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home, very spacious and accommodating. Well equipped kitchen and the outside shower was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again! Julie communicated and responded to issues in a timely manner. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs/wagon/and bikes from the garage and that beach towels were also available for our use. We chose to rent a golf cart for the week since our group included older adults who were not able to walk the 0.7 miles to the beach.
