Privat hem med 2 rum svit och privat badrum på övervåningen. Lugnt och lugnt men ändå nära stranden och downtown Wilmington. Bra frukost specialiserat på hemlagad blåbär pannkakor, (glutenfri och vegan också). Ägaren bor på egendom ..
Sunporch, utomhus däck, hängmatta och hottub finns. Nära till 3 golfbanor, bra restauranger och marina. Utrymme för att knyta upp liten båt på min privata brygga. TV, video, DVD och WiFi tillhandahålls.
Nära till Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue och Rehab Center. (värdfrivilliga med sköldpaddsprogram).
Sovarrangemang är queen size-säng i sovrummet, drottning bäddsoffa i den, ett badrum på övervåningen och halv badrum nere. Kylskåp i rummet, tillgång till och användning av solnedgång, däck, hängmatta, hottub, brygga och kajaker.

Excellent escape from life's business.

Fabulous Bed and Breakfast!

My husband and I had so much fun at Phoebe's bed and breakfast. The location was beautiful, and Phoebe's breakfasts were top notch! We stayed on the water most of our trip. We are thankful to have found this hidden gem and hope to return soon!

Quiet Location and Lovely Host

Phoebe made us feel extremely at home, breakfast was delicious, and the property was gorgeous. You’re away from the business of the beach, but still close enough the quick head over for a visit! We loved staying there and would definitely come back.

Peaceful Sanctuary

Such a wonderful stay and the perfect get-away! The owner is very kind and a joy to wake up to! The breakfasts were delicious, especially the blueberry pancakes! The beautiful property is a perfect location for relaxing, fishing, kayaking and it's close to Top Sail beach!

Pretty Place

Phoebe's place is very cozy and even though it is a shared space there is still privacy. She is a wonderful host and makes a nice breakfast! The beautiful scenery adds to the pleasantness of the place. Close to route 17 and access to Wilmington and Topsail Beach

Wonderful stay!

Phoebe made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed the homemade breakfasts she prepared for us each morning and the time we had chatting with her. She had lots of helpful information available for sightseeing and restaurants. We also enjoyed the kayaks. Hope to go back some day.
