* 5 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including:
* 2 King bedrooms: Luxurious bedding, walk-in wardrobes, double showers, and double sinks.
* 1 Queen bedroom: Cozy and elegant with its own private bath.
* 2 Twin bedrooms: Perfect for kids or friends, each featuring fun decor.
* Fresh towels, bed linens, and a toiletry starter kit are included.
* Each bathroom is equipped with showers or baths, ensuring ultimate convenience for guests.

Living Spaces:
* Living Room: Relax on plush seating after a day of adventures, with a large TV for movie nights.

Important Notes:
* Pool/Spa Heat Fee: $35/day (plus tax) with 24-hour advance notice required.
Please Note: The spa is part of the pool system. Pool heat is required to heat the spa. Spa-only heating is not available. Pool heat must be paid to heat the spa
* BBQ Rental Fee: $50 (bring your own propane) or $80 (with propane provided).
* Check-In/Check-Out: Self-check-in with smart lock; times are strictly enforced (4 PM/10 AM).
* Please note: Door codes become active at 4:00 PM on the day of check-in, unless an earlier time has been arranged in advance.
* Starter packs include limited cleaning supplies and toiletries; guests are expected to replenish as needed.
* House Rules: Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; no parties/events; max 3 vehicles.

GUEST SCREENING
By placing a reservation with Mid-Florida Home Management and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you, as the Guest, give permission to C & M Worldwide Holdings Inc. to use a third-party company, Safely, to screen your identity and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. A guest screening process will be conducted, and further instructions will be provided to complete this step.
