-Please be aware that due to inventory constraints at this resort, it is possible that your reservation may not guarantee the same suite for all nights. If this occurs, you may be required to relocate to a different suite during your stay.
-Suite types and size vary by building. Lodging and upgrades are based on availability.
-2-bedroom standard suites are not available in the Maples Association.
-Presidential Reserve Benefits only apply to Presidential Reserve Suites located in the Owls II building. Presidential suites located Owls I and Owl II buildings do not receive Presidential Reserve benefits.
-On-site shuttle service to resort amenities runs daily from 8 a.m. to 11:15 p.m. in the winter and summer seasons. ----Shuttle services are not available during the Spring and Fall seasons
-A mountain shuttle dedicated to transporting skiers and riders from The Welcome Sign in the Village to the upper mountain is offered daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the winter season.
-Wi-Fi is available in all suites.
-The ski season runs from November through April, subject to weather and trail conditions.
-Access to the Community Center located in your condominium association are available at no charge. You may ONLY access the Community Center you are lodged in. Community Centers are not available at all associations.

-The surrounding terrain at Smugglers' Notch includes unpaved roads and walkways. Most buildings are on the slope or hillside with no elevators and may require multiple flights of stairs.
-A resort fee will be applied at check-in to all guest of owner reservations. Prices vary by suite size. Please contact the resort for additional information.
-Accommodation requests must be submitted to Smugglers' Notch Owner Services Department via email at ownersrv@smuggs.com at least two weeks before arrival for consideration. All accommodations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
-Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
