Home Truths

‱ This is a tightly held building and really only discerning guests who appreciate quality should apply.

‱ The southernly wind can come up in the afternoon so guests will have to be conscious the close the French doors and put down the umbrella.

‱ The access into the property is a bit quirky, and involves stairs from the garage, but once you have done it once it’s no problem (don’t worry we will provide detail instructions).

‱ The coffee machine is great, but we do ask guests to keep it clean otherwise it breaks.

‱ Sound carries when you are so close to the water, so we ask that Guests be sensitive to this.

‱ The Garage is suitable for 2 cars parked end to end. Street Parking can be busy.

Style with a view

We wanted a place for us to stay for a “home” visit, with our 2 adult sons and their partners, that would impressive yet practical. And this apartment not only checked every box, it exceeded expectations. The property is stylish, spacious, clean, well maintained and very well appointed. The location is very convenient with regular busses at the door and the ferry wharf an easy walk. Street parking is a challenge (our vehicle was too big for the 2 car tandem garage), but manageable. That was literally the only negative. Finally, the view is simply stunning.
