Guest Access:
- Please check with the concierge to arrange check in time. Depending on check in time keys will be provided by your concierge or by the on-site housekeeper.

- Standard Check-in is at 15:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am

- Early Check-in/Late Check-out can be provided upon request and will be granted based on availability

- Return keys to the on-site housekeeper at the time of check-out - failure to do so will result in a key replacement charge of USD 30

- For the entrance to the building, there is an additional fee of $15.000cop per person.

Other Things to Note:
1. Guest Registration: Only persons who have sent their complete information to HUESPEDIA's reservations team prior to their arrival will be allowed to enter the property.

2. Prohibition of Visits: No visits from unregistered persons are allowed during your stay. This measure is to ensure the tranquility and privacy of all our guests.

3. Additional charge per person, for the concept of handles of entrance to the building, value $15.000COP.

4. The pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 AM to 8 PM.
On Mondays the pool is under maintenance.
The Turkish bath is also open until 8 PM and the use per person is 1 hour.
