Stylish, tranquil, coastal retreat offering the ideal family getaway. Perfectly positioned, just a stroll from the beach and the river. Within minutes of shops, medical centre, restaurants and cafes. Enjoy this home away from home, with all the modern conveniences.
Ducted air conditioning and fans throughout. NBN high speed internet. Two separate work spaces (desk, chair), one with monitor, mouse and keyboard.
Bed 1 - Master suite with king bed, WIR, en suite and balcony to catch the breeze.
Bed 2 - Queen room with smart TV and built in robe.
Bed 3 has 3 single beds with smart TV and built in robe.
Property has 3 modern bathrooms including a bathtub plus an outdoor shower for washing off after a dip at the beach.
Open plan living with 50 inch smart TV, DVD player, retro gaming consoles and a Bluetooth wireless speaker. Extendable dining table for bigger families.
Full laundry with washer, dryer, laundry sink and iron with ironing board.
Entertaining is easy in the gorgeous open plan kitchen and large breakfast bar adjacent to the spacious living area.
The kitchen is well appointed with oven and gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, microwave, blender, and air fryer along with a generous range of utensils, cookware and crockery.
The front door opens out to the large leafy al fresco deck with a BBQ and outdoor dining and lounging options on offer in the private enclosed deck and garden.
The kids will love the boardgames, gaming consoles and cubby house.
This property is in a quiet street between the river and beach, and in close vicinity to popular restaurants and cafes. Linen service provided including sheets and towels.

-We accept a maximum of 7 guests.
-Sheets, pillow slips, duvets, bath towels and body wash supplied, you need to bring your own beach towels and other toiletries etc.
-Strict no smoking, pets or party or function policy.
-Please clean the BBQ if you use it. A fee will apply for BBQ cleaning if it is not clean.
-One car spot on site. Garage is NOT available for guests.
-Driveway is shared with house at front. Additional cars need to be parked on the narrow street.
-Outdoor power point is available at end of driveway for EV charging.
-There is a security camera pointing at the driveway. It does not point at any areas inside the house or yard.
