Vinter eller sommar, kommer vår Breckenridge ski in ski out lägenhet vara perfekt för din semester. Beläget mittemot Snowflake hissen i Breckenridge, och lätt promenad till stan, kan du inte slå vår utmärkt läge. Vår lyxiga lägenhet i Breckenridge kan vara borta från hem ditt hem för ett bra pris.

Den lägenhet är en två sovrum två badrum lyx lägenhet. Vi har en mysig gas spis, inte en utan två däck med utsikt över bergen och staden, ett surround stereo och hög hastighet trådlöst internet. Dessutom ingår en utomhus badtunna och en uppvärmd en bil garage. En komplett kök med alla nyare apparater och ett matsalsbord gör för skojs skull stanna hemma måltider. All köksutrustning, sängkläder och handdukar. Underbara trä trim och dörrar finns i överflöd i enheten.

Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och ett eget badrum med bubbelbadkar. Gästen sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar och en privat däck med utsikt över staden Breckenridge. Gästen Badrummet har ett glas stall dusch. Den mjuka och bekväma soffa blir en drottning storlek bäddsoffa. Gratis transfer finns runt staden och hissar även om du knappast behöver det. Vi har log gungstolar på baksidan däck som har utsikt över Peak 7 och 8.

Great location and amenities. Love the condo complex as well.

Great communication and detailed instructions when we arrived. Easy walk to downtown. Great access to bike trails and plenty of room for our bikes and gear in the garage. Easy hot tub access after a long day on the trails.

Convenient and comfortable

Nice size for two older men wanting own bedroom and bath. Short walk to slopes coming and going. Spa was very nice. Owner had common spices in well appointed kitchen, but with Main st less than a mile away, did not use kitchen except for breakfast. Well suited for family of four too.

1st ski trip out west

Thank you for sharing your wonderful mountain home with us. We had a wonderful time. We lived the location and the house had everything we needed and more. We loved that the garage was heated and we didn’t need to walk upstairs with our ski boots on. We can’t wait to go back to Colorado.

Los Pinos - Cute Little Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Los Pinos near the base of Snowflake Lift. Was easy to access town from this locations. We had 2 Adults and 3 Teenagers so could have used more space. Condo was well equipped with supplies which was nice. Sofa Bed could do with an upgrade.

All You Need

We've been going to Breck for several years now and have always rented condos around Peak 8 & 9. This was by far the most convenient location we've had in terms of lift access (very short walk or ski to Snowflake lift), but about a 15 min walk to Main St. The condo itself has all you'll need and space was sufficient for our family of four. Comfortable, convenient, and fully functional. We definitely recommend!

Family Ski Vacation

Good location, nice property to get some rest after a day on the slopes. Ski in ski out, may be stretching it a bit but if conditions were perfect, it’s close. Best case it’s a 40 yard walk to a flatish trail head where you can access Snowflake for the ski out. Ski in requires more effort but again, perfect conditions and maintaining a lot of speed, you can get to 75 yards away. I have no gripes just want to be clear on the definition. Bunk beds in one room and a queen in the other were awesome for our family. Full kitchen, fireplace in the living room and access to community hot tub. Overall would rent again.

2/2025 Ski trip

We have been to Breckenridge a number of times and this is the first time we have had an average /below average experience with a property. First, there is a need for general maintenance. Doors, second bedroom and laundry do not shut. The light over the stove does not work and 2 of the 3 humidifiers do not work. The door to the dishwasher makes a horrible sound when shutting and closing..Second, the shower curtain in the master needs to be replaced and the cleaning crew needs to discard unused items in the refrigerator. A number of condiments had gone bad and I had to toss them. On a positive note, the price for the unit does somewhat balance out some of the previous comments and while it took a while to figure out the ski in/out availability it ended upWorking well. We did have a lot of snow so this could be different in low snow conditions.

Great Place to Stay!

Within walking distance to downtown. The hosts were very helpful. Comfortable and homey. Nice pool but a short walk from condo. Close to free bus stop. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay while skiing

We stayed at the property while skiing one weekend and all went great. Communication with the owners was good and being able to put our stuff in the garage was nice after walking back uphill to the condo. Check in was a breeze. The only confusing thing was where to meet the trail to ski and how to get back. We figured out how to get to the lift fairly easy and the walk there wasn't bad. Getting back, we all got confused and ended up walking a lot farther. There is a bus that runs up the hill, but it didn't appear to be running on schedule. I am sure if we had stayed longer, we would have figured it out, but maybe having a map at the condo would helpful. Overall, great trip! We will remember it for future trips.

Had a great time.

Everything was just as described in the listing. The heated garage for ski equipment is great. Owner was very responsive and ski out is a breeze. Ski in not quite as easy as ski out but still only a short walk off the trail and into the condo. Would absolutely book this place again.

Perfect place!

Condo was exactly as described. Across the street from a path to snowflake trail and lift. Made ski in/ski out easy. Master bath had heated floors and stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and a few towels. Kitchen had all the necessities. Hot tub was great too! We loved our stay.

Cozy condo

The property was just like the pictures. Very comfortable for my wife and I the 6 days we stayed there. Owner stated the garage was tight but it was perfect for our Harley and trailer. Location was within walking distance to the Main Street where all the shops and food was located. Owner was very helpful with any questions we might of had. We would definitely stay there again!

A bad weather day of skiing is still a good day.

Condo is ideally situated with a Breckenridge Freeride bus stop two minutes away and two stops from South Main Street. The unit was well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. A bonus was condiments that were left reduced buying extras of these. (there were coffee filters, salt/pepper, jams, peanut butter, sugar, butter, etc. already there) The unit was clean and comfortable. The garage was heated so perfect for dropping off the skis in the evening. Overall, very impressed. One small consideration. The hot tub is at the far end of the complex, with no change area or heated place for towels, etc. When it is 5F outside the walk to and from are pretty chilly. But I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great Value + Destination between Peaks 8 and 9!

This is a great value and spot for being able to have near-ski in/ski out options for Peaks 8 and 9! Bus Stop is 3 minutes away with quick 5-minute bus ride to Peak 9 and 5-minute walk to Snowflake Lift to Peak 8. Accommodations were very nice (it was great having the garage to store ski gear to minimize going up and down the stairs. Most importantly, Abby was great to work with (accommodating for early check-in and helped when we a had a snafu in leaving clothes in the dryer) - our family of 4 would stay here again!
