Located minutes off the Hart Hwy close to shopping and restaurants. The bus stop is located right outside your door. This Premium 3-bedroom rental offers a spacious setting for both short and long-term stays. Four parking spots are offered: 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage. High-quality furnishings and bedding as well as a thorough stocking of necessary items throughout this home make for a very comfortable stay.
The Space
Entering the home, guests will be welcomed into a foyer where they can take off their boots and hang their jackets in the closet. Guests will also find a laundry area with a washer and dryer available for use during their stay. Heading upstairs, guests will find a workstation, perfect for working at home, a 4-piece main bathroom, a stylish living room with a gas fireplace, a dining area with seating for 4, and an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and large closets. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a 3-piece ensuite, and a large walk-in closet. Heading outside, guests will have access to a private covered patio area as well as a shared backyard space (shared with basement suite guests).
