Lake Shoecraft Waterfront Log Home

Underbar cederträhus vid Lake Shoecraft (intill sjön Goodwin) nära Smokey point i Stanwood, WA. 3 sovrum, 1 badrum med komplett kök, vedspis, däck, docka, 100+ ingen bankstrand. Hemmet har massor av parkering, vacker utsikt, fantastisk bad, vattenskidor, vattensporter och fiske. Sjön är fylld varje år med öring och har utmärkt fiske. I hyran ingår en 11 fot Columbia glasfiberbåt (liknande en Boston Whaler), två kajaker, en SUP, och massor av vattenleksaker och gummibåtar samt krocket och andra gräsmatta. Jag har ett par fiskestänger och lite redskap också, men om du är en allvarlig fluefiskare kommer du att ta med din egen. Två av sovrummen har drottnings- eller kungssängar och det tredje har två uppsättningar våningssängar. Landsbutik ligger precis i vägen för allt du inte har med (och har den bästa fiskeredskapen) samt en utmärkt restaurang, Paddle Pub. Också kort avstånd till Tulalip Casino och Seattle Premium Outlet Mall i Marysville. Nytt 100 GB WIFI (1/2019).

Awesome spot for a weekend away!

This was the perfect place for two small families and a dog to get away from the city for the weekend. Lots of space, lovely hot tub and deck overlooking the lake, vintage cabin vibes, quiet surroundings, and everything we needed to cook a few meals and relax. Close enough to see the tulips for an afternoon, but we easily could have stayed at the house all weekend and had a lovely time. We would definitely return!

Great little lakeside house

We didn't utilize the best feature, the lake, since it was cold and rainy during our stay, but we enjoyed the hot tub and hung out on the deck and in the living room. Bedrooms are fine for sleeping, nothing fancy. Kitchen was well-stocked, having everything we needed in terms of gadgets.

Most Perfect Summer Cabin

This is a great wholesome place to spend a weekend or more! We had an amazing time and were lucky enough to be able to use the boating and water sports equipment. I’ll definitely be looking at booking this cabin again!

Great place on the lake

Well equipped older home on a beautiful property on Shoecraft lake. It had everything a group of guys needed to relax and unwind. Communication was good, we were very pleased with our stay.

Happy impression

Our family had a great time paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and swimming. I think we took advantage of every amenity!! Lovely setting and mostly quiet end of lake. We’d definitely rent it again!

This place is beautiful and relaxing

They house was so kitchy-fun, and the view was unbeatable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the beds were quite comfortable! We hope to make this an annual tradition and stay again closer to summer so we can take advantage of the many toys/boats that come with the place.

This house was so nice and clean. It was older than I expected inside. But, for being so aged, it was very clean. No dust or cobwebs. Not urine stains or pet fur. It was very clean, which made me so happy. Thank you so much for the beautiful use of your home!!!

Beautiful place

This place is lovely. We had a fairly short stay on rainy days, but the place was comfortable, clean & cozy. We were able to see a bald eagle up close which was really cool! We would love to come back in the summer when the weather is nice. The lake looked clean & like it would be great fun in nice weather.

Lake house rental with fam

Great place to relax and get in some water activity. Our family had a great time here. Has a dock for your boat/jet ski and you have access to paddle boards and kayaks furnished with the rental. Plenty of space/parking.

Lakefront beauty

The place was great, we spent hours in the sun on the awesome deck, fished from the dock and soaked in the tub! Amazing wldlife, eagles galore, geese and lots of baby goslings, even saw a deer! We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful lakefront property and well stocked

Property was great on a hot Seattle Summer weekend. So well stocked-- kayaks, paddle board, many floaties -- the kitchen was really stocked as well. Deck and hottub overlooking lake was great.

Beautiful and relaxing

Quaint little cabin in a pretty environment. It was fun watching the water skiers from the deck. Hot tub was lovely, beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean. Everything as advertised.

Shelby Family Stay

Overall the place was amazing. We had the best time playing with all the water toys and enjoying the beautiful lake. Plenty of room for everyone and it was super cozy. There were dishes left in the dishwasher that we had to put away, but other than that everything was perfect. The place was very clean and had a nice home feel to it. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful place!

My friends and i really enjoyed our weekend here. When i arrived on Friday at check in the heat was off in the house and in the hot tub. By evening the house was warmer. The hot tub was warm by Saturday and finally hot the morning we checked out, so we did use it but would have appreciated the owner turning these things on prior to our arrival. Otherwise it was a lovely place.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property features many things to do without leaving, but if you need too everything you could possibly want is close at hand. The house was built in 1955, it is a Padabone log home (similar to Lindal Cedar Homes), it has lots of original charm and Mid Century feel. It is close enough to Seattle but far enough away to be removed from the stress and noise. The lake warms up fast in the summer and the swimming is fantastic. The lake is stocked with trout each year so the fishing is great.
Have an incredible shopping experience at the Seattle Premium Outlet mall that has over 120 well-known outlet stores. Eat dine out and enjoy a night of fun at Tulalip Resort Casino. Both are a short 15 minute drive from our lake house. Near Warm Beach in Stanwood, WA. Take a day trip to Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Only 2 hours away. Enjoy the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in April.

An 11 foot boat, 6 person spa,, 2 kayaks, 3 SUP, and inflatable water toys are all standard. No bank waterfront makes it ideal for kids and pets of all ages. The water is warm enough to swim early in the season due to the relatively shallow depth. Much more quiet and private than it's sister Lake Goodwin. Large deck with a new hot tub and large dock to fish from. The lake is stocked with trout every year.
