Lang Chalet—Vineyard Bliss on the Waterfront

Nestled in Wilyabrup Vineyard Estate, Lang Chalet invites you to a world of indulgence and tranquillity. Stroll through rolling vineyards to sip award-winning wines and savour craft beers at nearby breweries. A short drive will lead you to pristine beaches, where you can ride the waves, cast a line, or enjoy sunlit picnics. Glide across the peaceful dam in the provided kayak or roast marshmallows by the fire pit under a star-filled sky.



The Space:

Perched on the waterfront, this charming yet spacious family stay puts you in the heart of Margaret River's wine region. Designed with outside living in mind, cosy up by the fire pit under the stars, crack open a bottle of wine to enjoy on the deck or hop in the kayak for a peaceful float around the dam. Step inside to find an inviting open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, enhanced by a wood-burning fire to keep you warm on chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, while the dining space offers ample seating for memorable meals together.



Four spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans ensure a comfortable night's sleep for your whole group. The primary bedroom is set with a king bed and an ensuite, while the second and third bedrooms offer queen beds—one with an attached ensuite. Bedroom four is set with a king and two singles. Three well-appointed bathrooms, including the two ensuites, offer convenience and privacy.



Amenities such as in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, parking, and a starter pack of essentials are included for your convenience. One pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.



Several of our holiday homes are located close together in the same area just off Caves Road, centred around a peaceful lake. This makes them ideal for larger groups or families travelling together, allowing guests to stay nearby while still enjoying their own space. Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Wilyabrup is the jewel of Margaret River’s wine region, offering easy access to a host of renowned wineries, breweries, and gourmet experiences. This tranquil estate also places you within reach of pristine beaches, perfect for water sports or leisurely family outings. Discover walking trails, boutique shops, and natural wonders nearby, or simply enjoy the serenity of this peaceful location. For larger gatherings, neighbouring homes Charlie Bravo, Bonnie, and Piper provide additional accommodation within the same estate.



Getting Around:

Parking: Ample off-street parking is provided on the driveway and under the carport.



Airport: Margaret River Airport is a 39-minute drive away.



Public transport: There are no public transport options nearby.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
