This modern and beautifully designed apartment offers a cozy and homey atmosphere, perfect for your stay. Our home is only 5 years old, brand new, clean, and this is a brand new listing!

Our spacious, private one-bedroom apartment features a private entrance, ensuring complete privacy. It includes a mini kitchenette, a comfortable living area, and a stylish bathroom. The apartment also boasts two separate outdoor seating areas with bonfires, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening drink. We also provide a pack 'n play for a baby.

This is the best neighborhood in Halifax. Filled with families, youâll often see kids playing outside. There are many parks and trails to explore, and every amenity is just around the corner. The best cafes and restaurants are all nearby. I love being in this area because itâs important to me to have a home in a place where I feel safe and always want to be. Everything around us is new construction with modern facilities, making this an upscale area that will make you feel right at home.
