Nestled on the shores of Lake Illawarra with stunning water vistas and direct access to Koona Bay Reserve, this expansive property boasts an impressive alfresco entertainment space overlooking a sparkling swimming pool, timber deck, meticulously landscaped gardens, and lush lawns. Not to mention the property includes its very own soccer field for all ages to enjoy! The generous undercover patio area, bathed in sunlight provides the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings with friends and loved ones.

The Space:
Inside, the spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area seamlessly blend with the outdoor oasis, offering breathtaking views of the lake through expansive bay windows. A second living area on the upper split level provides additional space ideal for children's entertainment. Including a PS5 and Switch the kids can enjoy, while the adults delight in soaking up the serenity overlooking the pool and lake view.
Accommodating up to 8 adults, 4 children, including 3 queen beds, 1 double bed & 2 fold-out queen size sofa beds (in lounge room) this home caters perfectly to families or friend groups. With 2 bathrooms, everyone can enjoy comfort and privacy.
This property has conveniences abound, including fully equipped kitchen, split-system air conditioning, a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, and a spacious main bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, basketball hoop & balls, tennis equipment, 4 bikes (1 with small child seat) helmets, kayaks (x2) fishing rods (x2) including chairs to take and sit lakeside, lawn bowls, chess, darts, not to mention parking in driveway for 2 cars and plenty of off-street parking.
Chess, monopoly, briscula cards, playing cards, small poker set, puzzles, kids toys, adults and kids books all provided for your enjoyment.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in a friendly neighbourhood area, surrounded by Lake Illawarra and within walking distance to Central Avenue this main street is filled with many local businesses and eateries.
This property offers easy access to lakes, nearby beaches, and parklands. Other attractions close to the area include the Shellharbour Marina (Shell Cove) including the Waterfront Dining Precinct, The Links Golf Course Shell Cove/Shanx Putt Putt, Shellharbour Village renowned for its cafes and restaurants, Stockland Shopping Centre, and the Shellharbour Movie Precinct. Oak Flats train station is conveniently located nearby, with Wollongong just 29 km away, Kiama 17-minutes, and Jamberoo Action Park a short 14-minute drive. For travel further afield, Shellharbour Airport is only 10 minutes away, offering regular flights to Melbourne and Brisbane, while the Southern suburbs of Sydney are just a one-hour drive.

A $500 damage deposit bond will be held on the stored credit card starting on the day of check-in. This amount is temporarily charged and held as a pre-authorization and will be released within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, rule violations, or breaches of the STRA Code of Conduct. Please note that additional fees may apply if any House Rules or the STRA Code of Conduct are not followed, or if extra cleaning, repairs, or replacements are required as a result of your stay.

This property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, surrounded by permanent residents who value peace and quiet. Out of respect for our neighbours and local regulations, we do not permit any form of parties, events, or loud gatherings on the premises, this includes but is not limited to birthday parties, hens or bucks parties, schoolies bookings, or any similar celebrations. Our home is best suited to families, couples, or small groups of friends looking for a calm, relaxing retreat. If you are seeking a venue for a celebration, event, or lively get-together, this is not the right property for you. Please understand that any violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund and may incur additional penalties. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for all.

Linen and towels are provided for all guests and beds are pre-made. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
Note: please be aware that our sofa beds are intended for lounging purposes and will not come with linen already made up. If guests choose to use these beds, linen will be provided for your convenience, though you will need to make up the beds yourself.

All bookings are subject to the guest's full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.
