300 kvm-villa kombinerar en modern och minimalistisk stil och en traditionell andalusisk touch. Byggt 2009, erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över Gibraltar Rock & medelhavet.
Denna två-nivå hus har utformats för att njuta av utanför områden också från insidan tack vare sina stora fönster och glasväggar, vilket säkerställer en fantastisk havsutsikt från nästan varje hörn.
Beläget i den lugna och fridfulla San Diego utväg, bara 2 km från den prestigefyllda Sotogrande port och polo club. Närhet till de bästa golfbanorna i "Costa del Sol" (Valderrama, Finca Cortesin, Sotogrande) och till två orörda Medelhavets stränder (bara 300 meter bort), garanterar en avkopplande upplevelse i södra Spanien.
Bottenvåningen är en underbar öppen och höga utrymme som innefattar en havsutsikt fullt utrustat kök, matsal och vardagsrum med öppen spis. Det finns också en liten gästtoalett nära till köket.
Bottenvåningen avslutas med två rum: en utformad som tv-rum och arbetsutrymme med direkt tillgång till poolområdet (kan det också användas som sovrum). Det andra rummet är en gäst svit, med eget badrum och direkt tillgång till trädgården.
Första våningen har två oberoende sviter, en på vardera sidan av en elegant trappa. Master-svit har inretts med en kombination av traditionella andalusiska material och etno-chick möbler. Den innehåller ett fullt utrustat master-badrum och en 30 kvm terrass med fantastisk utsikt över Medelhavet.
På samma sätt har den andra sviten också eget badrum och terrass med utsikt över Gibraltar Rock & havet.

Fastigheten har en 10 x 5 meter poolen helt integrerat i huset, vilket gör att du känner för att röra vid Medelhavet från vardagsrummet.

Nice Place

Ein wunderschönes, großzügiges Haus mit tollem Pool, Garten und atemberaubender Aussicht. Um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen, wären jedoch einige Arbeiten am Haus und Inventar erforderlich.

Familien und Golfurlaub

Wir hatten 3 wunderbare Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Die Lage war für uns Golfer perfekt. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und hatten genügend Platz für alle. Der wunderschöne Garten wird einmal die Woche gepflegt ebenso der Pool. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Man kann zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand laufen, dort gibt es ein sehr gutes Strandlokal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nächsten Ort, mit dem Auto. Sotogrande Marina ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr gute Restaurants. Ein super Fischlokal gibt es im Nachbarort, Die ganze Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus.

Family Vacation

We stayed for 15 days . The host kindly let us check in earlier due to flight times changing . The house is very comfortable , with everything you could need . The pool is just the right size and with 3 young adults , we didn’t feel on top of each other . We also met the neighbours , who are friendly . The house is located in an ideal area for peace and quiet , but with all amenities close by . I do recommend having transport , although taxis / Ubers are available too . The check in is easy and all is explained clearly . We hired a cleaner , which is recommended of you are staying more than a week . We will definitely be back soon .

Traumhaft, ich wäre gerne für immer geblieben 😉

Hallo, wir waren mit unseren Erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern insgesamt 6 Personen. Die erste Woche mit 4 Personen und in der letzten Wochen zu 6. der Platz reichte optimal. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Architektur und ist super ausgestattet mit allem und alles hat funktioniert. Gläser, Besteck, Geschirr... alles war piko- bello sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Die Betten sind groß und breit genug und mit komfortablen, festen Matratzen. Das Haus ist sicher schon älter aber man kann deutlich erkennen dass es fortwährend gewartet und gepflegt wird. Nach einem Tag mit strammen Wind kam jemand vorbei und hat den Pool gereinigt... das ist sehr guter, direkter Service. Alles in allem war das Konstrukt aus Preis/Leistung/Komfort/Lage/Ruhe/Funktionalität stimmig und ergibt eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung. Grüße Markus und Familie

Fabulous Easter Break

We had a fabulous Easter break at Casa Fina, the villa is absolutely gorgeous and the views are breathtaking! As soon as we arrived the place felt like home, check in was simple and the information provided by Guillermo was very handy. He was a lovely host who was always on hand to answer any questions we had. The location of the villa is great, you will need a car to get around, but there are so many places to visit within a short drive. You can walk down to the beach, but the walk back is up a steep hill which may be difficult for some. The villa is well equipped with utensils and towels etc and all the appliances are of a high standard. The pool is lovely, if a little chilly at this time of year it is much bigger than it looks on the pictures and we all enjoyed playing swimming in it each day. All in all a fantastic break in the perfect location. We will be back I'm sure.

Fabulous stay

Excellent positioned property with a laid back feel. Great sea view and big po suitable for at least 6 people. Lots of shady places to chill and large grassy areas for playing. 20 min drive from Gibraltar. 5 mins to sotogrande and 7 min walk to nearest beach. Our host was quick to respond to all requests and very friendly

Great house, would recommend

The house is beautiful, especially the pool and backyard with amazing views! It is a quick drive to several beaches and restaurants. The air conditioning was great. We had several minor issues, but the host addressed them immediately and fixed them. He was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place

Perfect getaway house and location. We spent more time at the pool than the beaches. Very handy location for visiting Gibraltar, Gaucin and Ronda. Easy access for waterfront restaurants or village supermarkets. Found a great paella takeout in Guadiaro. Would definitely go back.

Villa with stunning views, all that you need

Wow what a wonderful time. The villa is spacious and well equipped. The views from the patio and 2nd floor bedroom balconies are absolutely stunning. The Costa del Sol can be viewed in all its glory to the south and west with Sotogrande in the foreground and Gibraltar just beyond. Truly a pleasant view to wake up to! Towels and linens were provided clean and the pool was beyond expectation. Recommend picking up a float or two to relax on in the water after a long day at the beach. Playa de Torreguadiaro is the better of the beaches within 5 min drive from the villa. Plenty of Chiringuitos to relax and grab a drink at as well. Grocery, dining, entertainment all within 5-10 minutes. A gracious thanks to Guillermo for his speedy responses and help with checking in. One critique would be to have a folder/binder with information about the area and house in case of emergency. We accidentally set off the house alarm and could not figure how to turn it off! This would be helpful but certainly it’s absence doesn’t detract from the experience.

Awesome holiday domicile

This beautiful house offers everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday in Andalucia. We were seven guys staying for one week there and were a lot of chilling at the pool area. But we also relaxed at the second terrace equipped with shades directly located next to the side entry. The house is in general well equipped, talking of four bathrooms, four bedromms as well as the kitchen. On top, the communication with Guillermo was very easy and smooth. He answers quickly and took care of everything. All in all, it was a very nice stay there.

We loved our stay at Casa Fina and would strongly recommend it. It is spacious, super well equipped, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. It felt more like a home than a rental place and we felt at home immediately. The swimming pool was fantastic both at day and night, when it can be lit up and admired from the large living room window whilst enjoying a cup of coffee. The bbq area was both convenient and beautiful as it has been cleverly raised above garden level so you can enjoy sea views whilst having dinner. The beds and pillows were very confortable and the shower pressure was good, which are little, but important things for me when staying away from home. It’s quite, peaceful and perfect to rekax and unwind in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful spacious house with a great infinity pool and lovely beaches close by. Excellent location to tour Ronda, Gibraltar, cross to Tangier etc. Great for a fun family vacation.

Loved it

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. This was our first time using homeaway and I was nervous especially since it required wiring cash. Guillermo the owner was very kind and accommodative throughout the whole process and with giving us restaurant and day trip ideas. The house is very centrally located. We could have spent days just lounging by the pool. Guillermo also helped organize a cook for two nights to make tasty local cuisine. The paella the first night was wonderful. The house is spacious, clean and has everthing you could need. The beach that you can walk to is honestly not that nice because people can camp there overnight but we ended up going to Tarifa several days where the beaches on the Atlantic side are wonderful. Had a wonderful trip and the highlight was always coming home to Casa Fina.
