Enjoy two spacious living areas and year-round comfort with reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout. Centrally located, you're just steps away from all the local attractions and conveniences. Make unforgettable memories with your loved ones at Peppi Lane Stay.
Step inside and discover your perfect getaway in Margaret River. The master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite greets you on the right, while the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area lies at the end of the hall. Enjoy the spacious downstairs living area with comfortable seating, a TV, air-conditioning, and a dining table, all leading to a bright outdoor courtyard.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, and coffee machine, perfect for home-cooked meals or evening BBQs on the patio.
Upstairs, the second living room offers a kitchenette, couches, a second TV, and a seating area. The two upstairs bedrooms feature a queen bed and two king single beds, each with air-conditioning. The main bathroom has a large shower and a separate toilet.
Relax in the private back courtyard with your morning coffee or evening glass of local wine. There's parking for 2 cars in the secure carport. The villa is part of a small, quiet complex with easy access to the main street via a back lane gate.
