Raspberry Spring Corner by Tiny Away is located in the quiet town of Clothiers Creek, just 11 minutes from Cabarita Beach, and close to delightful coastal destinations such as Hastings Point, Pottsville, Tweed Heads, and Kingscliff.

This secluded tiny house sits on a hillside, offering a peaceful rainforest getaway with unmatched privacy. You'll feel completely isolated, away from any main residences, yet it's a hidden gem that's easy to reach.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower.

If you plan to spend your tiny house NSW retreats here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. There is a bushwalking loop track on the property for your enjoyment.

Please avoid using the main driveway leading to the main house or crossing any fences into neighboring properties. It's important to stay on the designated tracks as the terrain can be steep and hazardous.

For your safety, please remain on the tracks at all times and refrain from driving or walking too close to the edges. Respect the natural environment and other guests by minimizing noise and keeping the area clean of litter.

Other Things to Note:
- Pets are allowed by prior notice.
- Only one pet allowed and kept on a lead at all times in the area surrounding the tiny house, there is no area fenced for pets

- No Outdoor pit and BBQ grill available
- No uninvited guests or visitors allowed
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, except in designated areas
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
