Underbar lägenhet i hjärtat av centrum. Gå till allt! Titta på festivaler från de stora franska dörrarna på Juliette balkonger med utsikt över stadshuset plaza.
Denna lägenhet är en del av ett 1911 denim lager. Ursprungliga och återställda bök trägolv i hela.
Fantastisk utsikt över stadens courthourthouse park där många festligheter äger rum under hela året. Den kortaste promenaden till NISSAN STADIUM av någon uthyrning i stan, gå till boll parken eller Preds Games eller helt enkelt slå remsan på broadway för lite bra country musik. Vi är omgivna av bra restauranger, barer, restauranger i det historiska distriktet. Ingen parkering finns men gott om allmänna parkeringsmöjligheter finns i närheten av byggnaden
The condo är en del av en 3 lägenhet utveckling och är hela golvet i byggnaden. Den ursprungliga hissen går direkt i lägenheten. Cirka 2850 kvm som rymmer 3 sviter, ett halvt bad och ett gourmetkök. Carrera marmor ö sittplatser 6. Biljard och spel i lägenheten för din underhållning! En av en snäll egendom för en av en trevlig stad!

Amazing Condo in the Heart of Nashville.

We were all thoroughly impressed with this condo from the minute we stepped in the door. Description and pictures were spot on and the check in process was a breeze. All of use raved about the comfort of the beds and the feeling like being at home! We look forward to coming back and staying here again soon!!

Upscale location with upscale amenities.

It’s not often you walk into your VRBO and there are Viking appliances and quality furniture throughout. This isn’t just a vacation rental in a great location. The owners didn’t rest on the location they went above and beyond to create a place that you’d enjoy no matter where it was.

Fantastic Place

Great location a few blocks off of Broadway. Close enough but far enough. Great kitchen and nice big living room. All very luxurious. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Two internal bedrooms ( no windows, very dark!) and one external. The elevator opens directly into the apartment with the use of a key fob. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was as advertised!! Jennifer was very accommodating and made us feel welcome.

This property was everything we could have hoped for and so much more!! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was first class. The location was perfect. The loft is a very short walk away from everything. Jennifer was super accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We would not hesitate for one second to recommend this property. If your looking for a great Nashville experience don't waste anymore time searching - just book here!!!

Nashville 1/2 and More

Wrapped around a wonderful charity 1/2 marathon experience we sandwiched in a great get away. The condo was in the perfect location - just close enough and just far enough away from everything. The condo was super comfortable and just perfect. We also had the treat of the construction on the street below that kept us all entertained...it was like Bob the Builder came to life...it was fascinating!! The recommendations were spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay. Thanks Lori

Great location for Nissan stadium access, and a quick walk to Broadway! Perfect condo for three couples, super spacious and comfortable. Fabulous location to celebrate a 50th and even better with a Packer WIN! Go Pack Go …and the secret bar in the basement of the Noelle is fun too!🤗

Reunion Trip

We were a group of 5 women having a reunion and we had a wonderful stay in Nashville in this beautiful loft. The loft was perfect and spacious when we wanted to get away for some quiet. We were all very surprised how quiet the loft was. It was also within walking distance to most everything we wanted to do if you are willing to walk. We only needed to use transportation one time to get to the Grand Ole Opry. Instructions for check in and out were easy. It was clean and communication was perfect. No issues at all. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous place in terrific location

This place was perfect for the three couples traveling in our group. Josh met us upon arrival and thoroughly answered our many questions regarding downtown Nashville and the property. The master bed/bath was incredible and the other two bed/bath were perfect for our group. The kitchen was stocked with any thing imaginable for cooking, though we didn’t. Each bathroom had plenty of towels and necessities for our stay. A major asset to our group was location, it was so convenient to any place you wanted to visit and so close that we were able to run back drop off shopping, hang out for awhile before hitting the town again. The price was comparable to three hotel rooms for the weekend, but you get so much MORE!!! Excellent property to rent and we will return for future visits. Again Jennifer & Josh were excellent hosts for this gorgeous property.

Beautiful condo, well equipped and perfect location

The condo was perfect. It’s close to everything, but far enough removed from the crowds of Broadway. The condo was equipped with everything one could need and Jennifer was available if we needed anything else. I would stay here again in a minute.

Great condo close to downtown Nashville

What an amazing place to stay and within walking distance to downtown. Condo lived up to our expectations and more and will definitely be booking this place again on future visits. While the condo does not have parking, the host gave excellent recommendation on where to find parking for the weekend. Very clean.

Perfect location - amazing loft

There were five of us in our group that stayed at the loft. Two couples and a single guy. We each had our own rooms and private bathrooms. There was more than enough space and the perfect common area to hang out in. The location was absolutely perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Broadway and seconds from printers Alley. Jennifer was super nice and accommodating. She recommended a lot of great places to visit. I highly recommend this loft and would definitely rent it again in the future.

Spectacular place to stay in downtown Nashville!

We stayed here with 3 couples for a long weekend and it was perfection! The host was so nice and very responsive to all emails and texts and made every aspect of our stay super easy. The loft is in the perfect location -right by printers alley - and absolutely gorgeous with everything you could want. In fact, the beds and pillows were so comfortable I hated to go home! We will definitely be booking again next time we're in Nashville.

This loft is amazing! Perfect location, great layout and the owners were easy to work with.

Look no further - stay here. It was so wonderful and comfortable that we spent lots of time just hanging out in it (it was also 100 out). Can't wait to go back and stay again.

Not worth the cost

There were multiple communication issues with the owner and myself. I'm not sure if that was the fault of VRBO blocking phone numbers from showing up in e-mail communications or just a lack of availability on the owner's part. But as soon as we arrived we found out that parking was not included in our pricey rental fee. So we had to park one block down in a public lot for an additional $35 per 24 hours as there was no street parking. From this point on we seemed to be in constant communication with the owner for various items that should have been included that were not. There wasn't sufficient toilet paper (1 partial roll per bathroom) so we had to ask the owner to supply additional toilet paper. There wasn't any dish soap in the kitchen or hand soap in any of the bathrooms. (Some of us thought shampoo and conditioner and bath soap should have been included.) In the review of the condo it states that an iron and ironing board are included. There was an ironing board but not an iron. So again we needed to contact the owner to ask her to supply an iron. The shower head leaked profusely in the master bathroom and no matter how I tried to tighten the connection it continued to spray out from the pipe in addition to the shower head causing a wet mess on the floor around the bathroom. The linens on the beds were cheap and scratchy and the pillows were cheap polyester. Again, spending "four figures" a night, I expected down pillows or high end synthetic pillows. Additionally it seemed as the mattresses were encased in a waterproof cover making the bed hot and uncomfortable. One last caution: While the condo is said to sleep 8, any additional over 4, you will be charged an extra fee. Not sure why, but it kicked up our "three figure" fee to "four figures" once cleaning fees, and service fees and the damage insurance was purchased (you do have the option of a cash/credit card deposit the size of a couple mortgage payments). So before you commit to this condo, make sure you are aware of all the fees included. We were organizing 5 ladies on short notice, so didn't have the luxury of spending too much time shopping around. The bottom line is for what this condo cost to rent for one night we could have stayed in the presidential suite at a Four Seasons, and gotten all the amenities included.

Living in Nashville is so much fun! Who would have guessed a French girl would love Tennessee! My husband and I have been here for several years and it continues to offer excitement! It is so great to be able to look at this city growing, there is always something fun to do here!

This is a very exclusive complex that only houses 3 very private condos. Very easy to access from the airport, convenient to all the downtown fun, but at the same time in a quiet enclave. The best of all the worlds! Did i say prime view for the Live On The Green concerts?
