The space
NUMBER TWO FLORENCE COURT
This quality apartment is unique. It is a fully restored and renovated heritage listed, Art Deco classic built in the early 1930's. It features original Art Deco lead light, cornice, lights and timber work and is filled with a collection of early and mid 20th century furniture and original artworks.
Located in Middle Park, a premier inner Melbourne bayside suburb the location has wide, traffic-free, tree-lined streets and is close to the city, the beach, Melbourne's best park, a lake, cafes, shops, and two trams.
The apartment is like a self contained two story house. It can sleep up to 7 guests with a two queen bedrooms with a third single bedroom off the second queen bedroom plus the double sofa bed in the living room.
The large main queen bedroom with courtyard outlook has a Smart TV, workstation desk, chest of draws, and built is wardrobe. The second queen bedroom has a original mid century vanity. Off this bedroom is a separate single bedroom with useful shelves and hanging racks plus a delightful jungle garden outlook.
A striking black and white restored Art Deco inspired bathroom with shower is located upstairs between the bedrooms.
Downstairs is a fully equipped renovated kitchen with all the needed appliances for cooking pleasure. The kitchen is stocked with a basic pantry.
