A great and very spacious property that is incredibly well equipped for a family with a young child (3 years old). Lovely hosts who gave us great recommendations for the local area and beaches.

Stunning views from the lovely spacious terrace and from the fantastic pool area (a large swimming pool). The owner and property manager were also very friendly, welcoming and communicative. We would definitely recommend this property for a family or group of friends looking for a holiday villa to discover the wonderful Var region.

We had a very happy time. Spacious house, lovely warm pool, excellent facilities. Paid extra for rather old towels and some carpets need a clean but these were incidental to a lovely holiday. Good, easy communication both with the owner beforehand and with Marion who let us into the house. Apologies for breaking lamp which we were happy to pay for. Thank you for our holiday.

Delightful cottage set in a lush landscaped garden with a wonderful view across to Toulon city on the left and St Mandrier on the right. Staying here offers the opportunity for peaceful relaxation as well as beach days at Les Sablettes or even closer at the bottom of the drive. The 15 minute ferry ride to Toulon is only a twenty minute walk from the property. The art gallery at Tamaris was showing a fascinating exhibition and is minutes away. The drive to the top of Mont Faron is hair-raising but worth it for the spectacular view and thoughtful historical museum. And a walk to the Cap de Sicié provides a resplendent 360 degree panorama of the whole coast. In short there are very many ways to enjoy a stay at Balaguier. Isabelle was charming, helpful and discrete. Recommended rental.

We had an absolutely fantastic time in a wonderful house with sea biews to die for. House was perfect for mixed group of people in their 20s and 60s and can’t recommend it enough.
