We loved the coziness of the house with ample seating options and ability to enjoy the outdoors. Having separate ac units for each bedroom is a major plus to let people sleep in their preferred temperature. It was exactly what we were looking for in a cabin by the lake. 10 Days in this Cabin, to get a Break from the Tennessee Heat! The weather was very pleasant, with occasional Rain Very nice Home, very clean and bright. Us and our two grandkids had a great stay. Nice close by beach, close to many other Lakes, 20 minutes to Costa Amusement Park, in Hawley, and Lake Wallenpaupac. Very quiet and peaceful location.

I typically hate staying at rental homes because the owners don’t usually care and are just in it to make money. Not Sunset Haven. This house is all you could want and more. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, cozy and like home. You actually feel like you’re staying at a friend’s house. The owners are very friendly, available and helpful. I will be staying here again. Highly recommended!

Property was great. Owner and manager great. Location great. Only hassle was at entry gate. They wanted vehicle registration, we had a rental car and my adult children had on-line documentation which they were not happy with. It was resolved but troublesome none the less. Otherwise loved the property.

18 yr veteran B&B owner in VT reporting that this house was impeccably clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated and well appointed for our family gathering. Our family grew up spending summers on the lake and we wanted to celebrate Mom, who as early as the 1950’s also recreated here, by coming together in this special place.The kitchen was especially appreciated by my family of cooks. Several of us could easily work in the large kitchen; from the over the stove pot fill faucet to the zester and ice cream scoop in the drawer, we had all we needed. We then could all 13 of us sit at the beautiful dining room table to enjoy the meals. Hanging out in the mornings and evenings on the wrap around porch with the deer was delightful and our 89 yr old Mom spent lots of time on the swing.Every vacation rental should be as lovely. A special shout out to the property manager and team (cleaners). The property owners are lucky to be able to entrust their home to you.
